The cooking with claire bits are a treat! Super impressed with the level of dishes you're able to make in that tiny tiny space. Great camera work again!
Claire, I love that your dad commented about your wonderful meals. As I watched the video I knew showing your cooking would reassure all of your parents that you two are eating well. Thank you for sharing your trip. Continue to enjoy!!!
I came across your video on Yosemite and from there started watching your vlogs. I love all the videos I have watched so far and they are giving me ideas on what places to visit that I haven't visited before post pandemic. Thank you. I have tons more to watch!
Wow that basketball court was awesome, reminds me of the ones in Hong Kong! Might have to hit Asheville sooner than later, your visit makes it look really awesome. Catching up on your journey is my favorite morning coffee activity :) Time for the next video 😎
Ahh yes, the Hong Kong basketball courts were definitely ones to remember. You would LOVE Asheville. Add it to your little road trip route when you head back down to Savannah for school!
I am dying to go to Asheville! I’ve worked on different TV shows and people on set won’t stop talking about Ashville. I’m building out my van now to travel and work in film and I am so Psyched!
You've never mentioned it, but you are driving near the Appalachian Trail. Max Patch is a favorite hike on the trail. Was sorry when I was there that it was raining and totally socked in. Oh well, at least I had a nice visit today. And yes, I love seeing your food porn. :)
Napping Rocks! So was that a "THC" enhanced beers? I went to a Weed Festival last summer in Delaware where they took steps towards decriminalizing it last year. I actually get to lawfully be a stoner for chronic pain... keeps me chuckling lol. That spot on top of the hill with all the mist sort of reminded me of the UK... It sure is beautiful in North Carolina. Haven't been there in ages, have been to kitty hawk a few times growing up. Happy and Safe Travels!
Oooh, I don’t think the beers were enhanced, but that certainly sounds like something to try out someday! Love hearing your personal “fun facts” hahaha very good to hear that your always vibin’ 😂
One carton of chicken broth, one can of black or garbanzo beans, one can of Rotel or diced tomatoes, one green bell pepper diced, about 7 mushrooms thinly sliced, chicken tenders cooked and pealed, basil flakes and salt. One pot: cook bell peppers, then toss in mushrooms to cook. Once it’s all cooked, pour in chicken broth, beans (drained), diced tomatoes, pealed chicken (previously cooked), basil flakes, and salt (to taste). Heat until hot. Serve with tortilla chips and shredded cheese. ✨
You guys are so cute. I came here because I was thinking of doing what your doing solo. Did I miss your toilet? Very important for me! Love your shower by the way lol!
Yes, we do have a little toilet! It’s actually a potty training toilet for toddlers, but it works fantastic for the both of us. It holds at least 145 pounds- Chad’s weight. We show it in one of our van build videos; I would tag it but I don’t have enough service to pull it up! For this specific toilet, it’s collapsible and packs tightly. It comes with 20 bags to begin- but grocery bags (like Target or Walmart bags) work even better because it wraps the entire toilet. Anyways, as you can tell, we love it. We highly recommend.
Great videos. Awesome scenery of NC. Question, why don’t you guys get one planet fitness membership where you can bring a guest in for free to shower more often?
Great video but “wouldn’t expect this to be in North Carolina” is a little absurd. What you witnessed is literally what NC is known for. It’s one of the most geographically and culturally diverse states in the country. And the most geographically diverse on the east coast. Notth Carolina has two of the fastest growing cities in the countries and 2 of the most unique landscapes in the country in the outer banks and the smoky mountains.
We genuinely had no idea what to expect from North Carolina. Even though we lived next to the state we had no idea how incredible and diverse it was! It’s certainly one of our favorite states now!
I love seeing the meals and whatever food places you go to!
north carolinas beauty will bring tears to the eyes

Your video confirmed my thoughts that I have always wanted to visit the Asheville area.
Do visit!!! It's such a charming town and a truly breathtaking state!

Wait do you get to the Redwoods California … I swear the fairies live there…🧚🧚♀️🧚♂️💜
İ like all Stories...👍
Thank you so much! 😁🥰😌
Where do you get your music from? so good!
Put a 6inch pvc pipe on the roof and make a shower curtain around the back doors and take showers.
Amazing idea-- that might be something to consider when we fix up the van in December (when we're home for the holidays)!!!
Claire recipe for that southwestern soup please.

0:20 did you see the rainbow
Great videos. Awesome scenery of NC.

Yeah, we’ve definitely been thinking about doing that when we head out West!!! Sounds super convenient!

I know I hate North Carolina!
Why?
@@deendrew36 Because I hate Southern states except Oklahoma is alright for a southern states?
@@Kingofthepeople ok, but why though?
@@deendrew36 If I tell you wouldn't understand!
@@Kingofthepeople fair enough…just curious!
