@@trashmann1081 the other I'm not entirely sure, the blue one is but I cannot find the packaging for the wooden one lost it some time ago... But I did however get it at Hobby lobby. That is where I found it, I'm going out there in a few days and I'll let you know asap!

Looks like a gpen nib (most common manga inking tool) but can't quite tell
