I recently got the Sakura version of this (19A) which mostly just a pink version of of this one. They do have toes, you can see them on the unclothed versions. Articulation on these particular ones is limited due to their clothes although you can take most of them off and replace them if you like. Their are quite a few different models and the one with the large package one you are talking about is Machaon. He is considered an MLL or Male-Large-Large, and you can work out what those larges stand for. Shamrock, an early model is an MMM, but both Kelly and Lily I think are considered FLL. Emil, an early Male type had an accessory pack of feminization parts and Alvin/Ivy come with both so you can make either/or. Personally, I very much keep them with my other figures.
