This will work good with the new 126 perforated bulk film. Another similar rangefinder 126 camera is the GAF Anscomatic 726. Kodak also made rangefinders for 126, the X90, 701 and 801

I just won an auction for 2 konica cameras including this one. I still havent gotten the chance to shoot film as i just got my first camera coming in the mail monday.
I did not realize it was 126 film 😅.
So you cover the first 2 blank shots but not the rest of the film, well now that i think about it, most other film cameras control light through the lens by aperature.
Im probably going to end up getting one of those adapters

I didn't know such a sophisticated 126 format camera existed. Are there models from other brands?

@@FilmPhotographyProject Wow, a 126 with interchangeable lenses (SLR), extra fancy. Thank you.

4:44 So with a reloaded original 126 cartridge, the backing paper prevents the 2 in between shots? Wouldn't it require the 35mm sprocket hole to line up with the paper hole? 🤔

I had great luck with the backing paper. Advance til it stops, next number, shoot! - Mike

@@BullVW I wonder if you could use another strip of expired 126 film instead of backing paper, if nothing else it would be more durable
