This game of darts is amazing. Wow Wade was so class to keep on till his chance came. And the wizard may have used all his magic on MVG the night before. But Jose is becoming very likable with his silly/happy celebrations. What a game it is.

He is a brilliant player and I think they do consider him as one, But his math is his low point at some time, so I think the criticizing is on point and it isn't being done in a mean way. They are commentators and should objectively point out the highs and lows of everyone. He is from soft tip background so this is expected. In a year or so this will vanish.

He got the Tourcard in 2019 and already won 2 Players Championships in his debut year. So he started beating Top players way earlier. Calculating is still a weakness of him as his origins are in softtip dart but I am sure he will improve this as well
The quality of this tournament has been one the best I can remember and the highest check out is still only 164 isnt it? Someone will win the title on a 170 out..

Dimitri kept going for the bull and it costed him. Otherwise, I think he would've passed on through. And as much as I like Whitlock, he relies way too hard on his opponents to slip up so he can have it easy. He's done wonderfully in his match with MVG, I'll give him that, but he could've done better here.
