Paul Apps is a professional fine artist living and working in the Southeast of England. He has been a professional painter since 1987 and has taught and lectured upon art and painting techniques for over 25 years. Paul has written two books and is currently writing his third on watercolours. He has also written many magazine articles in his career. Paul continues and enjoys teaching others the art of painting, both in weekly classes at his gallery in Hythe and via the wonderful world of the internet, and TH-cam.
