I’m from s333. I was an r4 in HOK, Sinizsterf2p. I actually created HOK, I was the first member because our true r5 was sleeping when 333 spawned lol. I had to quit the server due to exams at school though.

Hmm, one thing you didn't talk about, is how to decide which players will switch alliance? That can become complicated quite fast since players want to be together with other players they like to play with or whatever else is in their mind.
I highly doubt switching players between Alliances will go without drama and without people quitting (i've seen that happen multiple times), especially if he main interaction happens inside the game and not outside. The question for that is, is the community feeling with the Alliance you are in inside the game or the organization outside the game the alliance is part of.
As for HoK/HoT, i think they are currently mainly communities inside the game, with more of an "two allied Alliances" feeling and not a "one Organisation" feeling. Definitely partly cause the community outside the game is lacking compared to the one in game, though from what i know the leadership is working on it even if it's going slowly.
Good points, and yes touching on the process of how to balance/move players is one I will cover in a later video.
We are debating about this in 362 now. The major problem which we are dealing with is that we are a smaller server with a lot more player drop off than other servers due to it being a streamer server. We are debating if we should merge the top 3 alliances into one or if we should continue trying to grow 3 alliances for warbands. Well we arent sure what will happen but we are hoping migration will save us from our dieing server lol
kd32 had the exact same issue. A massive amount of players because of streamer(s) which also brought a massive amount of player drop off at some point. We are in sob2 now and as you may have guessed, eventually condensed down. But it was mainly because the game didn't allow for multiple alliances. 1 alliance held dragon, 1 alliance got end of season top tier rewards, 1 alliance can hold passes or behemoths so now the game does so I would definitely try and keep 3 alliances going as balanced as possible. you'll always have player drop off, just need a killer recruiting team to keep a good inflow of players coming. Plus your fighting performance in kvk should attract players always too.

I'm from 338 and we don't even have dragon yet and we probably won't even get it. Essentially we had a personal vendetta that created drama and people left the game because of it and now our server is dead. How are we suppose to compete in KvK?

@@BOSSNASTiyou could say that. 333 only took 1 hour for the elite dragon frame without needing to merge in all the strongest players in the server and they hated us for that.

Did you get the information from HoT or from HoK? As it feels the be slanted from a perspective of just from HoT, just the impression of the video.
A few people told me that this was a discussion and different views on how to proceed from both sides. This is also something that happens in other kingdoms, so is a great educational piece as well.

I'm from that server honestly HOK and HOT needs to work together and balance out the power. It's about to be season 2 so we got more enemies to worry about. If I was in one of those alliances I wish they would add me to the alliance I'm growing myself
the person who made u this video clearly didnt went to Grade school. Sorry for the word but. This was discussed in a private Gc with only R4 has access to it. Convo went last for lessthan 2 hrs no drama no sh8. But didn’t expect sum ppl are willing to disolve their brains and make vids like this. Theres no “DRAMA” happening in the server only a person make it. Yes a person only 1 thinks this is some kind of a Free Content so called Drama. cause untill this video U made posted all HoT and HoK ppl are Doin so well .
We dont stop ppl from joining Both Alliance Vice versa. We even ask Hot to give us a list. They want that day we are willing to give and kick it out our side. Ppl decides where they wanna go. HoK made its name by OG players who grew themself since our Zone 2 Wars Hok agains( 900k power) vs 3 big alliance (800k-900k “LW/RW/SW”) while Hot in other zone 2 peacefully Farming until sum decides to join on our 3rd day Last Push. Its not Hok’s fault that HoT has more F2P even HoK makes decree to move ppl will still decide where they wanna go and u know where they wanna Go. No one is willing to move no matter how we push them and let them go. We aint holding everyone on thier neck. Think about it! We did not say we want all Big players in our alliance instead before Realm and Warband update mailed we thought there will be a Migration. Infact 334 players are ready to migrate and join both said olympus Alliance planned to distribute and balance the Fighters. And once again we did not poached them its them who contacted us. But that plan didnt went as per the “migration” only available in the end of s2. We thought there will be a migration in the end of s1 not until CoD released its 1.0.25 Patch plan. Hok did not Restrict Anyone from joining/quiting Infact when z3 war was about to be done and all rival player start applying on Hok. We are sending them to apply in Hot.
This s2 wars its about HOK(333) VS -RS-(335) collab with TAI(336) Hok is their main Target HoT R5 asked to balance the player he seems afraid to be in the field with them. Can’t blame Hot they didnt had a Big Fights just like HOK

TAI S336 1.5Billion power
HoT S333 1.4Billion power with HoN S334 1.4Billion power
HoK S333 now about 1.8Billion Power (After kicking bunch of Farm account)

What I talk about in the video is looking objectively at the pros and cons of 2 decisions that could be made, which is a decision that every kingdom has to make for themselves. As time will tell based on the leaderboards look, since actions speak louder than words in some cases. However if someone from HOK wants to come talk, I am always open to having a discussion anytime
Holy fk u might me mentally deficient and not realise human nature, top player want to be in allience with other top players. If all top players and spenders are in 1 allience the rest of the alliences will feel left out and progress slower, leading to less playtime/more quits, resulting in an overall weaker KD. Go live a real life and you will maybe understand humans with ur artistic brain.
I think it is just not feasible in games rok and call of dragons. The devs really push for smaller knigdoms (I.g. imperiums in rok and what was the ungodly low power ceiling that we saw in this past season for cods migration system). Then on top of that, it would have to be a certain mentality across leadership and members. People that have bought in from the start and have played together for awhile that can trust the process. You know better than anyone from your time with k65 that egos really start to come into play and one bad message can literally ruin the entire project. It is just way too risky in terms of those egos and just overall deadweight. Because like you said, you dont actually know who you core people are until you fight, and with more alliances brings more of a chance that members or leadership will fall out and then you have a bunch of deadweight you have to either purge or leave because it is messing with your matchmaking. You allude to all of this saying condensing is the "easy way out" which I agree with, it's just... unless you are literally 1093 or 365 in rok and made that kingdom 3+ years ago, the system just does not like that many players in one server.
However, in saying that, they did change like everything about how the game works from passes to rewards to villages to behemoths to push for more alliances in a server. The big sign in this next patch that will let us know that the devs want to push the game that way will be the "power ceiling" once home realms come and we can see how many call it 8 bil alliances can fit into a kd in sb2 and beyond. If we can fit 4 8 billion alliances in a server than 1 alliance servers are going to get a wake up call.
also would add, I would like that style better, them pushing more alliances and making the game work around that. I think the big issue with rok and cod as to why the devs started pushing heavily against it was because of the lag. Rok got to be unplayable because the lag was so bad at pass openings. Which other non-open field games dont have that issue.

Yeah, games like Lords Mobile, Infinity Kingdom, etc that are point-to-point instead open field probably have a higher threshold before lag ensues, as I cannot recall a time when it ever did in IK with large scale wars.

Are you saying that the sides are not 1 wants to be a mega alliance and the other wants to balanced power is not accurate? As keep in mind that my explanation is based on this also being something that happens in kingdoms, as others have even confirmed that this is something that is happening in 333. Now unless everyone in 333 comes out and says that everything is fine and there is no such different perspectives, then you would have a hill to stand on.
@@BOSSNASTi HOK never said that they want to be a "mega alliance". Our R5 clearly stated that players can do whatever they like; they can join HOK or HOT and we can live with both. We simply don't like taking away our members' comfort zone. Clearly, if they're the ones who asked to join in the first place; they want to stay wherever they're at right now.
