I am asking some of you who are affected by this bug and ever had Epic Games Launcher installed to try this: Exit Epic Games Launcher if you have it open (right click it in the notification tray and click Exit) Open the folder %localappdata%\EpicGamesLauncher\Saved Rename the Logs folder to something like LogsBackup Try to open Radeon Software and hope it works Please respond if it fixed your issue or not, or if you don't even have the EpicGamesLauncher folder. If I find out it doesn't actually work and it was just a coincidence, I will edit this post to correct it. Good Luck!
Doesn't work. It seems to open minimized. Tried manually ending tasks and deleting the CN file. Then tried again. AMD control panel partially opens but you can't see the interface or maximize it.
Sometimes it keeps running in background processes in Task Manager, try removing it from there first and then remove it from background apps and startup apps if it's there. After all this reboot your pc and retry the process. This may help.
the only thing in my amd file is dx_cache :/ idk if u can help but every time i try to install AMD RADEON Software the installer downloads it when its done nothing happens
I dont know if you fixed it or not but that happened to me to, the only thing i did was to install the "ccc2" application on the AMD folder. If you cant find it just search it up on your File Manager in the location where your AMD is located

@@PineShine The problem is created by some file that remembers the older version of amd software and create conflict with amd setting software( tweaking software) and the actual gpu drivers by deleting cn you probably delete some reg files and uploading amd settings again reg files probably being created from the start with the right amd setting and drivers software I dont know if i am right but its what i think trying to fix this problem on my pc and seeing this vid

Hi, It should be there in AppData\Local\AMD, I think CNext is a folder found in program files. Make sure your windows is up-to-date. If it still doesn't work, then you'll have to do a clean reinstall.

Just curious the laptop was win 10 wen got it and went to 11 about a week later could that be why I’m having issues with AMD as says software and drivers don’t match and I’ve uninstall and reinstalled the software too. 2nd step if its not deleting you don't have to delete it just go in task manager and end the task then go to your minimize section then re open again
