Inferior dislocation is not the most frequent dislocation, about 85% are ANTERIOR dislocation. I am pretty sure inferior dislocation is the less common dislocation type, with about 5%. For students, just make sure that informations are correct before you learn them.
Actually what u have said is right but in older context it was inferior dislocation was the most common but now most common is anterior dislocation .. let me explain this ,, capsule of the joint is deficient inferiorly and the dislocation is also inferior but after the dislocation and because of the anteromedial pull by pectoralis major muscle ... during the presentation the dislocation is presented and anteroinferior type or anterior type .. as a whole to state in once point interms of MCQs students should choose MC dislocation will be Anterior .. ill update the same point in the updated video.. thank you for the comment

M. Trapezius is not the only muscle that can elevate the scapula. Another one for example is the M. Levator Scapula.
Also, inferior dislocation is not the most common one, it's anterior dislocation.

Lactic acid accumulation shows brownish yellow colour right.
Tight muscle fibers cause muscle twitching, isn't it?
