Sometimes it is better to write brand name then generic name those two points are...
Sometimes you need 2 or three medicine combined. For example antihypertensive drugs. It is easier to write a brand name with 3 components in it and it is easier for a patient also to consume a single pill than to consume three different pills.
Generally there is very few pills or drug with combination of 3 drugs provided by the government also.
Secondly if you write a generic name then and the drug is not available in your govt hospital pharmacy. The patients have to buy it from a private pharmacy but the pharmacian may sell him a costlier brand with that components or may be he will sell a drug which may not have good efficacy so the patients may not be improve. Ultimately the doctors reputation will be in question. Some of the brands or companies are generally trusted over decades now such as cipla abott etc. And the drugs they made are generally have good efficacy. But if you write generic name the pharmacy will give the patients a shitty brand and the patients may not improve quickly.

A generic medicine is manufactured to be the same as a medicine that has already been authorised. It contains the same active ingredients as the originator, non-generic medicine. However, the name of the generic medicine, its appearance and its packaging can be different from those of the non-generic medicine.
A pharmaceutical company develops new medicines after extensive research and testing. The non-generic medicines are patent protected, which ensures that the company has the sole right to manufacture and sell the non-generic brand name medicine while the patent is in effect. When patents or other periods of exclusivity expire, other manufacturers or the same company can apply to develop and sell a generic version of the non-generic medicine.

    Price benefits
Generic medicines are more affordable than non-generic medicines. You can save money significantly by purchasing generic medicines. These medicines are priced low because, unlike non-generic medicines, they do not have to redo the clinical trials of the active ingredient.

Arri ho Doctor Government of India ne rule paas kar diya hai abh Generic Medicines prescribe karna hoga under National Medical Commision new regulations. Toh Branded Kapde aur Branded dawai ka example dekhe apni dukaan mat chala.

Doctor sahab doctors ki burai karne se pehle soch lena ki tum bhi doctor ho. Agar generic medicines itni hi acchi hoti to doctors ke bina bhi famous ho jati . Acche product ko marketing ki zarrorat ni padti.
Jao jake poocho un poor patients se jo generic drugs kha kha ke aur bimar ho gaye kyuni suboptimal dosage ki wajah se unme drug resistence create ho gyi.

Me poor nahi hoo phir bhi Janaushadi aur Davaindia ke generic medicines hi use karta hu. Same ingredients much lower pricing. Kuch bhi bakwaas mat karo. Pharma business me ho to bolo na tumhara profit nahi hoga generic me.
