The blade lights definitely get people's attention, but slay battery life. I'm enjoying the Pro3 more than the Pro2. The Pro2 just never fit as well in my ear, though their sound quality and ANC is comparable to the Pro3. The controls are also easier on the new Buds.
Stem design is far superior and intuitive than in ear touch control. The latter is prone to constant swipe \ touch errors which ruins the user experience.
I've really been enjoying these. I hated my Buds 2 Pro as they wouldn't stay in my ears and i kept having to adjust them, and i never liked the look (my husband always said they looked like purple hearing aids lol). The Buds 3 Pro sound and fit great, and look cool too. My only issue with them is that there's no wind control setting in the ANC like you see on the Sennheiser and Bose buds, which makes the listening and phone call experience on an even mildly windy day subpar.

I have tested the Airpods Pro 2nd Gen a little while reviewing this! ANC is better on the Buds3 Pro but less comfortable compared to the Airpods Pro 2nd gen. Sound quality - depends on you, I think the Buds3 Pro has a lot of bass. It's not for me, but maybe you like bass. With so many missing features on the Airpods when paired with the S24 Ultra - I think you're "upgrading" if you go full Samsung???
I have my Buds 3 Pro on order and they will 'possibly' be replacing my Buds 2 Pro... or I just might keep my Buds 2 Pro and eat the $100 trade-in. I really like my Buds 2 Pro and since I almost never use the mic then all the other updates for the Buds 3 Pro are unneeded in my own use scenario. I also have the Galaxy S23 Ultra and waiting for the One UI 6.1.1 update which should happen soon that gives me more audio features. Thanks for the review brother!
Beside QC issue on the ear tips/buds, there are light/brightness issue on the lightblade as well, my right bud have a dimmer light compare to the left one, so i ask for a replacement, hopefully they give me a new product without QC issue.

I have seen posts from people who ripped the eartip apart. TBH I just remove the eartips using the method I showed in the video - and the eartips never had any issues.

Yea, I just got my pro3s and have been comparing them. Pro2s have a better esthetic and a bit softer sound profile that can be more pleasing than the bass heavy 3pros. But the call quality of the 3pros is definitely better. But if you're happy with the 2s, no need to upgrade

Original Bugs Pro had an bass/treble type stock sound and a big problem - a harsh metalic note coming from the drivers all the time. Is the metallic note gone with the Buds 3 Pro?
The sound profile of the pro2s is a bit softer than the 3s. The 3s are very bass heavy and tend to muddy the clarity a bit. The phone call quality is definitely better tho
@@alexsmith1207 The drivers themself seem to have that note, even with SoundID app you could still hear it. Actually in stock flat setting the ordinary Buds+ sound a lot better with less metal in the sound. Probably the because the Pro's a are two ways and the super small tweeter would indeed be aluminum or other metal cone....

The problem i have is that i turn off anc modes, then automatically adjust. Extra step to turn off voice detect.
