- Myanmar (Burma) Is Not What THEY Tell You. In this Myanmar vlog I visit a floating water village in Inle Lake, Myanmar. It was so amazing to see how people survive in this water floating village and how kind these people are. What they tell you about Myanmar on the news is not true! We met many kind local Burmese people who live on this water village or floating village in Inle Lake Myanmar and have many different businesses such as local cigars, lotus weaving, boat making and more. We visited some Pagodas that are built on the water. This Floating water village was one of the most amazing places I have ever been in my travels.

the lake is the 2nd largest lake in Myanmar, wow! I'm not sure if that lake used in one of the hollywood movies.

Beautiful monestry built by the skillfull carpenters of that time amazing. Great weaving preparations to the finished product.Skillfull boat building,beautiful houses built on the lake.

Please be mindful that lake was so polluted by over-tourism. It is nature way of reviving the lake and ecosystem now. I would love to see the responsible tourism to keep the ecosystem in balance. May we have peace, stability, free from worries, intimidations and exploitations soon

Tourists will come back only after military goes away . I am sure that you are aware of civil war is going on in Burma . Military is killing and burning villages . They just bombed and killed 29 civilians in Laiza, Kachin state a week before Gaza. I am glad that you feel safe and you are trying to support locals in difficult time. Military destroyed beautiful country .

@@PumPumGetMashUp1. Military claims there are resistance troops diguise as civilians and/or people who are supporting or have relations with the resistance groups. They also claims they tell the village to hand these men/women over but the village did not, so they just leveled it to the ground considering it as a resistance village. 2. When the area is considered as a warzone arwa, myanmar military tends to clear out the entire area. They usually tell every village to gtfo of the area within the time limit and they usually tell them to go where. After the time limit, military considered every buildings and every person in the area the enemy, so they just simply destroy everything in the area. So yeah. That's that but nowadays they may or may not tell in advance to destroy the area. Is this answer your question?

Inlay Thar (people living in Inlay is called Inlaythar) have their own accent. They speak Myanmar language but have a different accent.

( so basically me n my family went there and there was a place with alot of cats like over 100 of them and then a bunch cats start chasing me for like no reason 😔 like why me out if all of my family members. 😭 )

Bro $5 is very worth to make in about 2 hr if it is in Burma . $5 is enough for 3 meals in Burma . But in your country USA , basic worker 8 hr for $100 a day. But does it make their 3 meals and pay rents ? I don't think so . Burmese people don't have to pay rent & Tax . $5 is very very enough for a person who live in Burma
