I mean the game has been out for 13 yrs, why not try something new?
Game is out for nearly 25 years. People play the game and as a plus can enjoy some cosmetics not affecting gameplay. Colored smokes t/ct gives visual hints as well as nades size and colors. Most of what is suggested here would be game breaking, unbalance gameplay and create useless visual distractions. Players who wants to play Valorant or Overwatch can play those games. Cs players wants competitive and balanced matches first and then are willing to have some cosmetics that would complement the gameplay, not overtake it.

This type of dogshit idea is indirectly linked to this doomed generation that needs extra color and motion for more stimulation (or they get bored in 5seconds)

About 02:10 , the smoke color is RGB meaning there are 16m possible colors
And luckily there's a function to set it (unlike cs:go) and it works on a custom server

I believe valve should add the stat track tag on knives to either the handle or remove it completely and just keep the counter on weapon description/steam inventory
I doubt they will ever remove it competently

Nah I don't think animated skins would work well in cs. We can stick to skins where the colour changes on the angle you view it at. I think animated stickers would work well though.

StatTrak counter on knives looks terrible lol. I do like the scratched in digits we have in game currently, but my idea to make StatTrak for knives more desirable would be to make the physical counter on skins a toggle option. I doubt that'll ever happen though because itd ruin non stat skin economy.

we need people's mini profiles to show their rank/stats publicly
we need shoes
the human eye sees movement, so animated skins are a downgrade

I've seen alot of talk about shoes being added to the game, just like gloves, because of the ability to see your feet in cs2. Would be cool to have collabs with nike, crocs and such brands

you actually did a mistake on color-sided smoke.
it doesn't depend on who THREW the smoke, instead, it depends who BOUGHT the smoke.
you could pick up a smoke from a dead T and throw it, and if you were ct/t it wouldn't make any difference in color, because it would be t-sided color.
so basically. if t bought smoke, it's gonna be t-sided smoke color, and the same goes for ct, so it doesn't matter who threw the smoke.
