Drogę prowadzącą do pałacu otwiera łuk europejski, wzniesiony by uczcić pierwszą rocznicę wejścia Polski do Unii Europejskiej. Dalej, wzdłuż pałacowej alei, po obu jej stronach stoją wielkie betonowe lwy, a potem kobiety w pozie sfinksa z wielkimi skrzydłami na plecach. Budynek ma od frontu ozdobne gzymsy i kartusz herbowy na dachu, ganek podpierają kolumny zwieńczone korynckimi głowicami.

The road leading to the palace opens with a European arch, erected to celebrate the first anniversary of Poland's accession to the European Union. Further along the palace avenue, large concrete lions stand on either side of the avenue, followed by women in sphinx pose with large wings on their backs. The building has decorative cornices on the front and a coat of arms cartouche on the roof, the porch is supported by columns topped with Corinthian heads.
