    I just sold my 2013 tacoma and awaiting for my 2022 tacoma to arrive. The rear sag was something I always hated and this will fix it perfectly. Thanks for the great videos!

      Have put 3k miles on these sumo springs on my tacoma towing and empty. I love them!!! So happy!

    Those are cool. Back savers too. I think I’ve seen some folks install them or similar on the trailer also.

      Yep they do make them for trailers as well. I love these things!

    I just downsized from an F150 to a Ranger, thanks for this video!!!

      Love both of those trucks. Owned 9 new f150s that served me very well over the years and love the new ranger!

    Thanks for the video! I installed Timbrens on my 2001 F-150 2 years ago and was happy enough as they got rid of the sag. Was going to go with Timbrens again but liked the progressive compression on the Sumo so I ordered them. They are a little more money but I'm hoping it'll make a difference in the ride.

    Thumbs up! You're videos on both channels are high energy and very informative - you're an information monster - impressive!
    I noticed fuel/utility jugs in your trailer. Are these VP jugs? I'm in need of jugs like these for fuel storage and I keep reading review complaints for these jugs leaking at the seems after a short while. You use these things daily, so you know what works. Please recommend a brand or two - thanks and best wishes to you and your wife's escape from Michigan, I wish I could leave - lol

      Glad you are enjoying the content. Yep I Have vp jugs (4 of them) and 4 that I bought at a gas station Im assuming are also vp but without the stickers. I have owned the vps for 8 years always full of gas and never had a problem other than having the replace the hoses every 4 or 5 years. The generic ones are full of highly corrosive and dangerous chemicals every minute every day for 3 years and never ever an issue. so my 8 jugs that get used daily are flawless. Thats all I got info wise. But I will buy the exact same vp ones again when I need more.

    Haven’t put mine in yet but I run a hitch hauler with a Waveblaster jet ski approximately 320lbs on the receiver hoping it fixes my sag issue. Never felt a ride difference but it messed up my headlight angle.

      They will help with the sage and help with the rolling and bouncing

    Why not adjust your load in the trailer to reduce your tongue weight? Maybe try a WDH?

    • @tradbowpodcast
      @tradbowpodcast  24 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      dont need a weight distribution hit for a 3k trailer. and if you adjust your tongue weight you will have trailer sway and be in bad situations. the tacoma rear springs are so saggy as it is, very little weight is needed to get the truck to ride on the bump stops. These sumo stops were absolutely amazing. on eof the best things ive done to the truck.

    Was debating on these or the timbrens for my tundra. What made you decide on the sumos?

    • @tradbowpodcast
      @tradbowpodcast  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      All the research I did kept bringing me back to the sumos

    Great video! I noticed you reused the same U bolts. I’ve heard some say you need to put new ones on. Any truth to this?

    • @tradbowpodcast
      @tradbowpodcast  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I used the same ones. Didn't even remove them. Just loosened them enough to slide the sumo bracket in and re tightened them

  • @scjustin2002
    @scjustin2002 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Would you have to adjust a wdh after adding these? I currently have a wdh but have some squat but wasn’t sure if I added these sumo springs would I have to adjust a weight distribution hitch?

    • @tradbowpodcast
      @tradbowpodcast  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Most likely you would raise the wdh up a bit to accommodate the new hitch height. But since you have swaut with the wdh now you might not need to raise it as the sumo springs will help raise it witch will help you level out

    Why blue and not the black ones?
    I just got a new 2023 Tacoma. Was going to put them on my 2020 4Runner but couldn’t decide between blue or black. Sumo said blue would be enough. But black might be ok too.
    So now with the new Tacoma I’m wondering.

    • @tradbowpodcast
      @tradbowpodcast  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      the blue ones were all i needed and they worked perfect without being too stiff

  • @Jaredius
    @Jaredius 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    It looked like the sumo was only touching half the frame. Was that just the camera angle and they were actually touching dead center? Also, do you miss Michigan?

    • @tradbowpodcast
      @tradbowpodcast  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Think that was just camera angle. These worked amazing for the 60k miles I put on the truck. I do miss huntingndeer in michigan, but that's really it. Love georgia. Have worn shorts for past 10 months other than hunting..lol
