The Lily Ann suit is so gorgeous 🤩🤩🤩 it looks, absolutely stunning on you. Could you do a small vid on it, going through the construction of it? As an avid sewist I am deeply intetested!
Thanks Diana! I'm afraid I don't know how the magic of Lilly Ann is done, I have no tailoring training, so it is just as much a mystery to me! This is why I sew dresses but buy suits, because suiting is so advanced to me 😅
I'd never heard of them prior to Bianca's videos, and now I'm seriously wondering if some beautiful vintage clip-on earrings can be repurposed for that! 😆 I find them too painful as ear accessories, but would love to showcase them at a neckline...?
I like this type of educational experience. That there are more than just a few items to show is even better. I don't care so much for the constant "haul" videos out there. Especially fast fashion ones, where the items end up in the trash... Vintage however is an investment and as sustainable as it gets as far as fashion goes. You should feel good about all of the things! Everyone has a different idea of treasures and i think those are all beautiful. The misty scarf is the best! Thanks for sharing.
In Rome there are several shops that have beautiful gloves in all sizes and all colours. Magnificent! The best excuse ever to go to Rome - gloves and shoes! Oh, and there are some ancient ruins there too. And really good food! :)
I always wonder why no one 3D scans the vintage combs, "corrects" any damage and then flattens the design for 3D printing. Giant, glorious combs for the masses, dangit!
Yes please, vintage handbags! Glad there are ‘dragons’ hoarding who are willing to share views of the treasures they are protecting, and hopefully using with joy. I wonder if another is watching you, with a slightly guilty tickle at the back of her neck, and the iridescent green beaded box bag in her collection, unused?
I actually have a smaller clutch purse version of that which I found at an op shop! I don't think it's something I would ever use, but I really enjoy seeing it displayed in my lounge... the beads are so iridescent and detailed!
In high school I carried a 1940s telephone purse for years. I wore it out until there was very little that I or my mom could do to fix it despite us both being crafty sewists. I still mourn that damn bag. I wish I still had it today. what a fabulous gift to yourself for your birthday.
I gotta say, there's nothing more powerful than your clothing being covered in things you fear. "You must really like bugs, huh?" "No, they terrify me"
I would really appreciate the scarf video. I have a small scarf obsession myself due to some hair loss and love to find scarfs on the days when I don’t feel like wearing a wig.
Any chance you can do an in-depth video of the Black suit? close ups of seams, internal construction, linings etc. also please please please consider making the accessories from the advert and taking a black and white pic like it.

I'm 60 years old and think that you have just the best personality. I love your attitude, style, and sense humor. That black suit was made for you and I adore that beaded box bag (so pretty). I have had to drape my scarves over towel racks screwed to the back of my bedroom door so I will remember to wear them! The beaded box handbag took me back to my childhood in the 1950’s when two Church ladies had them and the glitter fascinated me.
Wow!! You got some really good buys there!! I had never seen the telephone cord purse before, ever! That is amazing. The suit is absolutely the star for me. Stunning. The dress clips that came as a pair, could also be used as decorations on pumps. That is how I usually use them. Thanks so much for this video!

Bianca. Handbags, scarves and that Lilian suit.... So happy that you do, indeed, share the joy. Your joy is my joy, and I'm sure for all of your followers. Never stop what you do. You are quite devine. Lois x
Show me all the purses! I recently splurged on a copper-colored carnival bead purse from the 40s that I just can't stop staring at. Now I want a blue one! Yours is STUNNING.
Pitch: A Moth Suit - all in greys and dusty taupes, woolen pencil skirt and jacket with a faux fur collar or stole, that butterfly scarf around your neck peeking all bunched up from under the jacket, lil furry hat with a cobwebby dusty grey veil, maybe a muff, and BIG feathery grey eyelashes.
Beautiful item. In not sure I have a favorite they were all so nice!! I asked my mom one time about the dress clips and she had some that were my grand. She said they were normally worn to hold all the straps together with bras slips and dresses in the twenties and thirties so your straps wouldn't shift and show.
that AK scarf 😍 gorgeous. EDIT: Welcome to the party, rainbow bag. My great gram (who I was fortunate to know) would LOVE that bag. That's an awesome piece!
The hair comb is so wonderful. Enjoyed the scarves, too. Would love to see how you mix them into your look, as I just bought a bunch of scarves (including one from Echo, who I hadn't heard of before). Hoping I can learn to tie them properly to cover my head, since I'm going to be on a med that causes hair loss, alas. I always love the stash videos and leap to watch them.
My favourites of your finds would have to be the beaded box handbag, the green silk scarf and last but the very opposite of least- that black suit! Finding something like that in my size is completely out of the question, so if I wanted one, I’d have to make it myself. What a find!
The suit and the green scarf stole the show for me. Absolutely stunning. And sure, I'll happily watch a video about either scarves or handbags 🙂. I've always wanted to try making gloves, btw. My fingers are so long, that even with larger glove sizes, my nails will poke holes in any ready made glove very quickly. Plus it's not exactly very comfortable. I bet, it's super fiddly, though!
That marble scarf you said is your favorite, yes, mine too ;) But the one with butterflies is also awesome! Speaking of scarves, could you make a video in which you show us how do you wear them? Like different styles - around the neck, on your head, tied, pinned, i don't know? I don't think you have something like this on your channel yet. Such a video would be better suited for late fall and winter, of course. PS- the handbags were pretty nice as well. And that suit was made FOR you according to the pics you showed. And I personally like to see the treasures you find because you don't make shopping hauls every week and then you return the items like most others do. When I saw the Spanish comb I got sidetracked into looking up the name of it. I knew the name of the laces scarves, manilla. The name of the comb is peineta. And boy did I slide down that rabbit hole! I love scarves, gloves, and clips. Hair ornaments are also my jam!
OH no...now I need to find a moth scarf. Thank you my dear- just as I am about to go on a shopping fast for month, lol! The glitter 80's gloves are super cute, and of course the hair comb, and dress clips, and butterfly scarf... *wistful sigh*
Gorgeous!! I've been slowly amassing a collection of handmade doilies; crocheted, pillow lace,, etc.... such incredibly fine work - so I'm thinking of sewing some kind of blouse that would allow me to wear them like.... a flounce\cravat type thing? So they could be seen and appreciated. Crazy? I'm only just learning to sew, but your beautiful clothes, and amazing collections are inspiring me!
I have a constantly growing collection of cotton vintage doilies too & definitely use them to source lace edging for blouse collars & cuffs, skirt decoration etc. Am hoping to do a really good A-line black cotton skirt at some stage with white doilies scattered on it like snowflakes!
I just happened to stumble across a hidden boutique last week….. double levels of Art Deco Vintage! Oh how I dribbled! As you could imagine, there were pieces from multiple eras. Ah. Perfection.
As always Bianca every piece is simply lovely and styled so well. I especially love the purple beaded handbag, scarves and suits, which are so flattering on you. Looking forward to the handbag collection.
I know it is a year later, but I had never seen a long strip “plastic flex” clutch outside of my ward’s catalog (which I hadn’t paid attention to) until I saw yours. And then about two weeks ago I searched “vintage plastic purse” randomly and one “popped up” in all black…for $36 total!! I was so excited! Snapped it up in about 30 seconds flat. Thanks for sharing your collection!
I really enjoy seeing your finds! Chartreuse is wonderful! Yes to handbag collection. I also heard a very vintage radio show called"The Flame Blue Gloves" It's a murder mystery.

Love these videos. Please do a handbag video. Over the weekend I purchased a 1950's hat from Marshal Fields at an antique shop. The price was reduced from $20 to $10. Fits me perfectly.
Your new Lily Ann suit slayed me! It's gorgeous and looks fantastic on you. That Anne Klein scarf. So lovely. Thanks for the chatty share. I could listen for hours. You are fun! Plus, your birthday presents- *reasons*, indeed. I'm picking up what you're putting down. I would meet you at that bar if we lived closer to one another. Very good reasons. Until the next vid!
Hi, So you are the one who got that glittery bag. I too saw it but I'm glad that you have it. It has happened one other time that I have had my eyes on a thing and then seen one of the TH-cams I watch having them. They were a pair of white kid gloves with cutouts along the hand and arm. I saw that Sewstine had them a while ago, so I know that they will be treasured. Just like I know that you will treasure that glittery box bag. Congrats. I love your shere black gloves too. These days you might want to use gloves again for hygene's sake and something like that will also make you look so stylish. Yours, Ann
I found five lilli ann ensembles of coat and dress from the 60s that are a twelve or 14. I am not a collector but recognized the quality. Look like they have never been worn.
Love the hauls - I've been inundated with cleaning and "minimalist" videos, posts and ads recently, so watching a like minded "maximalist" is so so good!
your sheer glove story reminded me of this 2004 artsy French film called Innocence (gosh, I felt so pretentious just writing it) about a group of girls in a strange boarding school. one of the themes is the transition from childhood to adulthood and there's a scene where a girl finds a glove and the glove's touch is her discovery of, say, sensuality... that said, a little deviousness and scandalous necklines is most welcome ;)
Interesting show of your new purchases as usual. Wow! to all the pieces specially the new black suit and those plastic handbags. I always look for those pieces while vintage browsing but never see them. 🖤🌺
That hair comb is divine. I’m so envious. Amazing find. I’ve seen many at antique fairs but usually small, plain and often badly damaged. I have one very pretty one but not quite as spectacular as yours.
I just saw one of the telephone cord bags while on the hunt for a Corde bag. Had to do a double take. All of your acquisitions are just lovely. Especially the bags!
I love show and tell vintage finds! I collect vintage costume jewellery myself, and I’m happy it is still affordable to collect. I have stretched ears to 9/16 inch plugs and can still do clip ons, although I am very tempted to convert many in my collection for comfort. I cannot quite bring myself to do this yet.
Loved seeing your additions. I was very lucky to receive my grandmothers shirt clips, two sets one of which has an attachment that turns the two clips into a bar broach. I particularly liked………..well everything!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the chatty share. I could listen for hours. You are fun! Plus, your birthday presents- *reasons*, indeed. I'm picking up what you're putting down. I would meet you at that bar if we lived closer to one another. Very good reasons. Until the next vid!
Thank you! ✨❤
Such lovely things. Thank you for sharing them with us and yes please vintage handbag video.
Yours, Ann
Thank you Ann! It's competitive out there online 😅✨
Such glorious pieces! Please share all the lovely things. That Anne Klein scarf made me gasp.
Love love love the black suit and the handbags are gorgeous! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you Kelly!
I found five lilli ann ensembles of coat and dress from the 60s that are a twelve or 14. I am not a collector but recognized the quality. Look like they have never been worn.
i would love to see your scarf collection, that teal marbled scarf was truly stunning :o
Love the hauls - I've been inundated with cleaning and "minimalist" videos, posts and ads recently, so watching a like minded "maximalist" is so so good!
Those sparkly black lace gloves simply SCREAM Desperately Seeking Susan
your sheer glove story reminded me of this 2004 artsy French film called Innocence (gosh, I felt so pretentious just writing it) about a group of girls in a strange boarding school. one of the themes is the transition from childhood to adulthood and there's a scene where a girl finds a glove and the glove's touch is her discovery of, say, sensuality...
that said, a little deviousness and scandalous necklines is most welcome ;)
the glove size measurement is actually also how you size bangle bracelets.
🤣 “I’m like a dragon hoarding my vintage treasure” ommmmggggg I died when I heard this! Lol nice finds B! And that Lilli Ann Suit! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Fire!
Thanks Charese! ✨
Interesting show of your new purchases as usual. Wow! to all the pieces specially the new black suit and those plastic handbags. I always look for those pieces while vintage browsing but never see them. 🖤🌺
I’m getting into scarves, I’d love to see and hear about your collection!
And handbags. Because I am vicariously dragoning through you 🐉
That hair comb is divine. I’m so envious. Amazing find. I’ve seen many at antique fairs but usually small, plain and often badly damaged. I have one very pretty one but not quite as spectacular as yours.
Thank you Vanessa! I have been collecting combs for a few years now, I cant resist them th-cam.com/video/lPYyuERs2mc/w-d-xo.html
That plastic stripe clutch!!!!💜
I just saw one of the telephone cord bags while on the hunt for a Corde bag. Had to do a double take. All of your acquisitions are just lovely. Especially the bags!
I love show and tell vintage finds! I collect vintage costume jewellery myself, and I’m happy it is still affordable to collect. I have stretched ears to 9/16 inch plugs and can still do clip ons, although I am very tempted to convert many in my collection for comfort. I cannot quite bring myself to do this yet.
Ooh…the telephone cord clutch…that’s a bucket lister for me. But I want to find one in the wild 😀
Everything was just outstanding! Love your channel 👍
Thank you Angella! In the wild is much more of a challenge!
That beaded bag is stunning 🤩
The black lily anne made me audibly gasp!
The black suit was made for you! Awaiting your discovery.
That gothic style comb is absolutely beautiful Bianca!
Gorgeous collection thanks for sharing 😍Xx🖤
Thanks Jo! 🖤

Loved seeing your additions. I was very lucky to receive my grandmothers shirt clips, two sets one of which has an attachment that turns the two clips into a bar broach. I particularly liked………..well everything!!!!!!!!
I love those duette clips that clip together, I'd love to have a nice Coro one or something someday!
