Our favourite part of Scotland, we've had so many holidays there over the years. Since we've not been able to go since 2018 this was a great reminder of what we've been missing.
So glad I was recommended your site from a good friend David, Cruising The Cut. I’ve been binge watching to catch up and thoroughly enjoying memories of visits to the same places I went with my late husband. Well done all 3 of you, looking forward to more travels. Thank you 🦆💕
Hi Paul, we are big fans of Cruising The Cut and ot was so good of David to feature us on his channel, especially since we have picked up so many lovely subscribers like you 💕🐾
My first post on your channel thanks to “Cruising the cut”. We are Motorhomers and when the pandemic is history would love to tour Scotland, home of my great grandparents. We’ll be following your exploits with interest and maybe one day bump into one another during our travels.
That Giant Guh-nuh-ruh(?) is amazing! I've never seen anything like it! I love how you edited together your drone shots to go with the music. Beautiful places!
Thanks Ethan, its a giant Gunnera, often see them in sheltered gardens in places like Cornwall so amazing to find one there, but tucked into that little courtyard to protect it from the weather. The drone cuts took a bit of time, you are the only one who mentioned that, you have made my day 😀 👍
Thanks for sharing your travels 👍I make an awesome broccoli and Stilton soup so if your ever down south near Portsmouth pop in for some home cooking. Take care 👍
Closest point from the peninsula to irelands only 12 miles they oughta construct a bridge between them We have many names like that on the eastern seaboard of the u.s, "something-of-something" theres even an island off the u.s east coast where they speak the old british dialect still I enjoyed "driving" down the road (on google maps) through there to the a842 and beyond all these mountain goats, greenery, rock ledges, etc Salmon with asparagus is a quite healthy combination esp in salad Sometime id like to beer marinated salmon
Hello to you both , lovely video reminded me of home on the North Antrim coast I could look across from Ballycastle and see the Mull of Kintyre . Have a great weekend travel safe take care .
We have just found your channel as you were recommended by David of Cruising The Cut, and we are so glad to have found you. We are coming to Scotland for two months in the spring and it has been really helpful to see the places you have visited. Looking forward to watching all your videos.
Hi Jan, thanks for coming over from Cruising The Cut, we are also fans of Davids channels. We hope you enjoy watching our Vlogs. All the best for 2022.
Loved the Kintyre peninsula. We actually wild camped half way up to the Mull of Kintyre lighthouse. No one for 7 miles. Saw deer, Eagle and believe it or not a submarine.. No it wasn't yellow! On a different note. Thanks for the tip about the Bridestones in Dalby Forsest. Finally got to see them, even if we had to climb up twice cause my batteries died lol

Brilliant guys we were well into this video and realised we need to get back up to Scotland as just our type of location. You will prob see a repeat of your video lol . Loved the first location on that beach. Poor old Kiera and the shower I felt the pain ……
Thanks Stew, we have only been doing Scotland because of the restrictions but actually really glad to be going around these places. Our videos are bound to overlap some time, there are only so many places to go.
Once again thank you for sharing so much beauty !!! Keira's shower was about as bad as when I try to shower my dog, a battle of wills..... Keep safe....

Just found your channel. Terrific. I always wanted to go to Mull with my nice. She’s a radio girl that used to work in Inverness and Glasgow. Perhaps you know her, Diane Knox. She now lives in America. I always teased her to end her show by playing Mull of Kintyre.
Hi Dan, it's a great place to visit, shame you didn't get there with Diane. We didn't know her but she was well known and respected in Inverness & Glasgow.
Kintyre is on my list for September, so thanks to your video, makes me really look forward to my trip. My two hates the shower too. thanks for sharing. ATB
That's a really beautiful part of Scotland. I remember driving my parents around there on the way too and from Skye with my mum in the back singing Mull of Kintyre. Well I say singing but you couldn't really call it that and she seemed to be making the words up as she went along. I will always remember the rugged beauty of that little area though. So once again, thanks for stirring up my memories. If I haven't told you this before, my dad's people were originally Scots and my mum was Jewish. Two of the peoples you'll often hear described as right fisted. Having had considerable experience of both cultures all I can say is " that's a out as far wrong as anybody could be ". Anyway, I did feel sorry for poor little Kiera, she clearly was not keen on the chilly shampoo and set. 🙂
I have to agree with you on all fronts, the scenery and tranquility of the whole Kintyre area makes it a special place to relax and enjoy. Thanks for sharing your story and for watching and commenting.
Just love Kintyre. One of the last remote feeling areas in Scotland. I’ve stayed at Machrihanish a couple of times now. Great film once again guys and good to see Keira enjoying herself.

Lovely video. Took me back to our Arran-Kintyre-Islay-Cowall-Bute tour a couple of years ago. That ice cream looked good (BTW Gigha is pronounced 'gee-a') and I hope is was flavoured with the real thing!!
