In this video we will tell you how you can make a full automatic attendance sheet in MS Excel. In this Sheet will use following Excel functions:

Sir how can we save all month's data in one tab? Like you showed in the beginning how you select any month from the drop down list and it shows it's data accordingly.

I make this sheet. It is very useful but when I recorded data in 1 month it shows in all months and if I delete data from 1 month data also delete from all months. Please Help
save its new copy for next month in same workbook as a new sheet
the formulas you are using in this work sheet is aplicable in excel 2007, please guide how to use it in 2007

You can make copy of sheet
Sir jo log mid May resign kr jaty hain ya new entry krni hoti hai tu oska kiya tareeqa kaar hoga ? I mean to say k let's suppose ik employee March may aya hai tu oska name January or February may nahi ana chahiye jb hm drop down sy month change krty hain...
you should have extra rows for new employees and you can start attendance from date of joining

سر میں نے حاضری شیٹ بنائی ہے اچھی ہے لیکن ایک مسلہ ہے کہ جس مہینہ کی آپ حاضری لگاتے ہیں جب مہینہ تبدیل کریں تو پچھلے ماہ کی حاضریاں شو ہو جاتی ہیں مگر ہونا تو ایسے چاہئیے کہ جس مہینہ کی حاضری لگائیں وہ دوسرے مہینہ میں شو نا ہو بلکہ ہر مہینہ کی الگ الگ حاضری شو ہو تا کہ سالانہ ریکارڈ محفوظ رکھا جا سکے
مہربانی فرما کر اس کا حل بتائیے گا
