INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE MARINATING:
Mutton Raan= 1
Salt= 1 tsp
Oil= 1 tbsp
Raw Papaya Paste= 1 tbsp
Nutmeg= 1/4
Ginger Garlic Paste= 2 tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder= 2 pinch
White Pepper= 2 pinch
Saffron= 2 pinch
FOR THE PASTE:
Cashew Nut= 1/2 cup
Processed Cheese= 1/4
Poppy Seed= 2 tbsp
Green Chilly= 2
Blake Cardamom= 2
Milk As For Needed
Hung Curd= 2 tbsp
Saffron= 2 pinch
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp
Oil= 1 tbsp
Yellow Chilly= 1 tsp
Salt= 1 tsp
Fresh Cream= 2 tbsp
Kasuri Methi Powder= 1/2 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder= 1/2 tsp

Cheff saab . Yeh batayiye tandoor ke alawa bhi ise open charcoal pe banana ho to ek video uska bhi bana ke upload kar dijiye baraye meherbaani aur tandoor ka temperature kaise pata lag payega yeh bhi batayiye.
