The essence of Developer is noticing potential, spotting signs of progress in others, and deriving satisfaction from evidence of growth. It is being drawn to people based on what they can become. Individuals with Developer help curate experiences that lead to improvement.

Having high developer is very similar to recognizing virtue in others. You need to be able to name, define, and explain how someone has improved in a particular virtue. We could also see the stagnant energy of refusal to get better and digression in progress. It does have a spiritual sense in many ways.
