The Monster force figure you were saying is a take on Frankenstein I don't think is. I believe that's the Donner Party character. I expect they will have a Frankenstein figure in the future that will be something more similar in size to the Killawog werewolf that came out recently.
Fresh Monkey Fiction has come out all guns blazing. incredible figures in hand and great niche nostalgic/homage concept mash ups. I just hope their delivery times can be consistent. Wave 1 was long wait.
I agree about Rex, and I absolutely love The Bad Batch. As for the Arcane toys, I’m definitely grabbing those. The Monster Force figures are fantastic-they’ve nailed the articulation in the wrists, neck, and head. However, I feel like the first wave could’ve been more impressive; there’s just too much reuse. Honestly, they should rename it "Monster Reuse." That said, Wave 2 looks much better. On another note, Planetary was an incredible read. I picked up the omnibus years ago, and Warren Ellis and Mark Millar never disappoints. And speaking of greatness, I truly believe that Doctor Doom is the best villain Marvel has ever created. if i had to choose one comic that could produce amazing figures it would be 7 to eternity
top 5 comic characters 5. Madman 4.the Goon 3. Savage Dragon 2. the Tick 1. Cerebus. the order of these changes hourly so they aren't really in a order. I left marvel stuff out just because I feel it's unfair for other comics to be judged against any character that the King Jack Kirby had a hand in the creating.
and the great thing about that monster force Van Helsing Phantom Corps figure is when you take off that flak jacket it's torso won't look like circus side show freak's torso. looking at you Bobby. Why do your male figures have Joseph Merrick torsos? fix that shit. that said I would love a Elephant Man figure.
