True, but they only had a tv budget too work with. One of the reason the series was cancelled was due too the costs of the show. In an interview, Johnson said CBS and Universal wanted a clipped budget show. with only one Hulkout. Johnson said that it would effect the shows format and he wouldn't do it. Eventually, both CBS and Universal came up with more money.
