hi, my application for administrative review has succeeded. Home Office asked additional documents and i sent them 16 weeks ago. I couldnt get the reconsideration decision yet. How long does reconsideration decision take after getting succesfull administrative review ? Thank you in advance for the reply.
Thanks for your video. A friend of mine applied for a visitor visa to the UK but it was refused due to a previous conviction many decades ago (no repeat offending). Can you please explain what "custodial sentence" means? I'd like him to apply for a reconsideration due to a possible misunderstanding, but not if it will be refused again.

Only option for you is to submit a fresh new application stating the first application was refused due to the reasons stated and that you have now provided all supporting evidence. If it is convincing, it should go through
You can not appeal but you can look at your refusal letter and see the reasons they have stated for the refusal. If you can give enough justification and evidence to cover those issues, then there is no problem to reapply

Hi there, if you had omitted a document in your first application, then you can feel free to submit a fresh and second application and address this point clearly. It'll be treated as a new application, so you've to give all the details as you would give in a new application plus you have to address the issue of having omitted a document initially. I had applied for pre action protocol and my refusal decision is withdrawn and after three month I didn’t get any reply
