Wow, congratulations on your impressive investment success! Your discipline and focus on delayed gratification is truly inspiring. I'm curious, what are some of the key factors that you consider when making investment decisions? Do you have any tips for those of us who are just starting to dip our toes into the world of investing? Thanks for sharing your story!
Guy crushes all these interviews at the age of 23, very impressive. Spoke well, was readily versed and was focused on gettting good conversation and strong answers. Most impressive.
when someone is straight forward and good at what she does best. People will always speak for them. For me I can would say give Mrs Sonia Duke of finance education a try and you be happy you did
Rule 8 indicates you don't need a high IQ to be a good investor, just 2 qualities, self discipline and a lot of patience. Investing is mostly about behavioral psychology. How can I generate more income to retire with at least $3m for long term care?
We share common goal, making sure you are ready for your later years is very important. That's why passive investing works, low costs, better diversification and it enables people to overcome their behavioural bias especially if they engage professional help.
It's unfortunate most people don't have such information. I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than $30k passively by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Doesn't matter if the economy is misbehaving; great wealth managers will always make returns.
The decision on when to pick an Adviser is a very personal one. I take guidance from Vivian Jean Wilhelm to meet my growth goals and avoid mistakes, she's well-qualified and her page can be easily found on the net.
Putting well-earned money into the stock market can't be over emphasised for first-time investors, unlike a bank where interest is sure thing! Well, basically times are uncertain, the market is out of control, and banks are gradually failing. I am working on a ballpark estimate of $5M for retirement, and I have a good 6-figure loaded up for this, could there be any opportunity for a boomer like me?
Personally, I would say have a mentor. Not sure where you will get an experienced one, but if your knowledge of the market is limited, it seems like a good bet.
Some individuals minimize the importance of counsel until they make regrettable mistakes. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm afloat. I liked the 2nd to last guy in the interview. He was putting his daughter's wheelchair together and took the time out to share his insights and gave a lot of advice. On another note, dude interviewing can totally be an auctioneer (speed talking - SOLD!!).
The continuously changing economic conditions in our society have made it necessary for people to find additional sources of income, thus I am looking at the stock market to fuel my retirement goal of $3m, my only concern is the recent market crash.
Every crash/collapse brings with it an equivalent market chance if you are early informed and equipped, I've seen folks amass wealth amid economy crisis, and even pull it off easily in favorable conditions. That should be the least of your concern. Also explore the option of working with a CFA to reduce greatly your chances of loss.
You're right, I and a few Neighbors in Bel Air Area work with an Inveestment Adviser who prefers we DCA across other prospective sectors instead of a lump sum purchase. As a result, my portfolio has recorded significant improvement even during the most unfavorable market season.
I'm intrigued by this. I've searched for brokerage advisers online but it's kind of hard to get in touch with one. Okay if I ask you for a recommendation??

*I had problem comprehending trading in general. I tried watching other TH-cam trading channels, but they made the concepts more complicated. I was almost giving up until when i discovered content and explain everything in detail. The videos are easy to follow*
I've been making a lot of looses trying to make profit trading. I thought trading on a demo account is just like trading the real market. Can anyone help me out or at least advise me on what to do?
Trading on a demo account can definitely feel similar to the real market, but there are some differences. It's important to remember that trading involves risks and it's normal to face looses sometimes. One piece of advice is to start small and gradually increase your investments as you gain more experience and confidence. It might also be helpful to seek guidance from experienced traders or do some research on different trading strategies
I wouldn't trade seeing my daughter to sleep and wake up for a billion dollars. Waking her up in the morning is absolutely priceless and the joy on her face and mine I'll never forget. It's not about " they're too young to remember" it's about what you remember. Money cant buy memories with your family
Most important thing “knowledge” do not hesitate to invest in some good money books like “The Hidden Truths Of Wealth” that book helped me to start my first business, I have never read anything like money secrets which are in that book
These are extremely useful rules for anyone looking to grow rich. Unfortunately, the majority of individuals that see this video will be unable to implement the ideas. We may not like to acknowledge it, but as Warren Buffett famously stated, investing is like any other profession: it takes a certain amount of knowledge. It's no surprise that some people are losing a lot of money during the bear market, while others are profiting by hundreds of thousands. I'm just not sure how they do it. I now have around $570k to invest in the market.
The methods are challenging for the average person. They are typically carried out successfully by experts with a high level of ability and expertise in such trades.
Some individuals minimize the importance of counsel until they make regrettable mistakes. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm afloat. Omg the 43 year old lady in the Ferrari gives me so much hope! She literally inspired me SO much, I'm blown away. I'm a 30 year old woman who is just realizing that I have that hustle/entrepreneur mentality but I keep having others talk down to me and shove me into the 9-5 rat race. I've been thinking WHY I keep failing everything I'm doing and it's because I spread myself far too thin, thinking I can run a million businesses while also studying to get a solid 9-5... when really, I don't want a 9-5, I want a business, and I want to tell everyone who didn't believe in me to F off. I LOVE that lady, especially since I am also a late bloomer... I care far too much what others think and I'm working to break that. I hope to come back to this video in the future and give you an update!
The standout in this interview is the woman in the Ferrari. She may be a late bloomer, but she knows where she stands and speaks intelligently with words of wisdom: "Believe in yourself; that's the secret. Don't give up, even after the first disappointment-that's business. Think ahead." As an entrepreneur, I've experienced this myself. Also a late bloomer, but successful, and always reinvesting in my business is key. I must say, she is a fantastic woman.
I’m 52 hoping to end the rat race by 60 with above $1M. I know money is a liability to be exchanged for assets with real value like real estate (properties for rent) stocks (dividends) bonds (interest) But, what is it with bitcoin? I hear a lot about it and I'd love to diversify my portfolio.
look at the charts, bitcoin has outperformed every stock and banking product ever developed even after multiple pullbacks over the last decade. not a financial advisor but I know what i'm saying
The key to financial stability is having the right investment suggestions for a diverse portfolio. Many investment failures and losses happen when you invest without proper guidance.

Incredible video, insightful and amazing advice. I would love to hear more from the business lady at 7:08. If she was invited on the School of Hard Knocks Podcast, I would definitely listen.
The only American who won't acknowledge this Administration's failed economic policies is Joe Biden. "Shrink-flation' is the least of our worries compared to rising rents and stagnant wages, but it is an undeniable indicator of how bad our inflation has gotten. I have $100k that i like to invest in a non-retirement account, any advice on that?
I would avoid index funds, mutual funds, and specific stocks for the time being. Right now, the best option is a fixed income of five percent. Put money aside for the times when the market really starts to bounce back.
45% of Americans do not invest in the stock market because of lack of guidance. Every year you don't invest, you are falling behind. I’m hitting numbers in the stock market I used to dream of… Going from $50k to $600k in my portfolio is surreal all thanks to insights from my financial advisor.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financlal future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?

Trading without a professional guide... Hmm, I laugh at you because you will stay where you are or even suffer huge losses that will prevent you from trading, this was one of the biggest problems for new traders.
Great video! I really have a question. For someone with less than $5,000 to invest, how would you recommend we enter the crypto market? I am looking at studying some traders and copying their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally. What's your take on this approach?
My advice: for newbies to grow financially this year, invest. Saving is good, but investing elevates your finances. Why newbie make huge losses on trade is because investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. that will stop you from trading, this has been one of the biggest problem to new traders, I've learned this from my own experience
I agree, investing without proper guidance can lead to mistakes and losses. last year. I did so many mistakes but also learned so much from it, If you're new to investing or don't have much time, it's best to get advice from an expert.
As a beginner, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Myself, I'm guided by Daniel Adams. for years and highly recommend him I focus on him.

I live in AZ and am a general contractor . It's hard to find a rich person in Scottsdale that isn't a snob , but there are a few good ones . So seeing the people turn you down reminded me of them.
We are both wrapped up in 1. I will talk to anyone, my wife on the other hand is the snob.. she barely talks to me Hell, I'm out there trying to talk to the mailman to see what business I can get him started in
Plus we don’t really know how rich they really are. Everyone tends to exaggerate as money is the ONLY thing that matters, everyone is projecting what they are going to do this year. So off putting. Same regurgitated message. The lady sounds like she memorized all of those sentences to sound smart. 😂
@@MsPieO A good business person knows what they should make this year unless something weird happens in the world (Covid is an example). A good business person knows their numbers every day, backwards and forwards. Especially if it is just 1 or 2 businesses. If a person owns a lot of businesses it can be tricky. But... a worker wouldn't understand that. An hourly person like yourself can't wrap your head around anything like business people talk about. It's the difference between a business owner and a worker bee like yourself.
That woman with the Ferrari is just killing it. Give a fck about what others say and think about you is one of the biggest lessons you have to master! Even if you walk over water some ppl will say "look at him, he can't swim!"

i was about to say, theres no way she's 43
she does look young, but with no makeup she probably looks 50. look at the hands
Hot af right
43 is NOT OLD, and she has beautiful dark skin, so she doesn't age.
I turn 43 tomorrow- it’s not old. I’m just getting started. I feel and look younger than I did 10 years ago.
Don't fall for the mainstream advice on how to make money. The best investment is in yourself-through knowledge. Books are the way to learn the most. The Hidden Truths Of Wealth by Oliver Mercer helped me launch my first business and rise above 90% of others.

I've been looking to get one, but have been kind of relaxed about it. Could you recommend your advis0r? I'll be happy to use some help
The decision on when to pick an Adviser is a very personal one. I take guidance from Vivian Jean Wilhelm to meet my growth goals and avoid mistakes, she's well-qualified and her page can be easily found on the net.
I copied her whole name and pasted it into my browser; her website appeared immediately, and her qualifications are excellent; thank you for sharing.

I looked for licensed advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financlal future and i'm eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?
Kenna Muriel Hesseling is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment
I just Googled her name and her website came up right away. It looks interesting so far. I sent her an email and i hope she responds soon.
The retired doctor was humble, polite and amazing interview.
I've stuck with ‘’Kathleen Cheryl Constantz” for some years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look her up.
I looked up her name online and found her page. I emailed and made an appointment to talk with her. Thanks for the tip
I will advise you should stop trading on your own if you keep losing.

I looked for licensed advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.
That makes perfect sense because you seem to know the market better than we do. Who is the mentor?
'Laurelyn Gross Pohlmeier' a highly respected figure in her field. I suggest delving deeper into her credentials, as she possesses extensive experience and serves as a valuable resource for individuals seeking guidance in navigating the financial market.

She married well first.
Most successful business owners work more hours than 9-5
@@Blissedx Why do you say this?
Why do you feel that you want to be an entrepreneur? What is your deepest motivation?

I hear a lot about it and I'd love to diversify my portfolio.
bitcoin does not pay any yield but will reward you with growth that you can't find in any other asset class
look at the charts, bitcoin has outperformed every stock and banking product ever developed even after multiple pullbacks over the last decade. not a financial advisor but I know what i'm saying
The key to financial stability is having the right investment suggestions for a diverse portfolio. Many investment failures and losses happen when you invest without proper guidance.

Nice. those who work with expert typically earn more than those who go it alone.
As a beginner what do I need to do? How can I start, If you know any please share.
As a beginner, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. Myself, I'm guided by Daniel Adams. for years and highly recommend him I focus on him.

@6:44 this woman is an inspiration.
I was born and raised here and the influx of wealth is crazy. But there are a lot of people flashing wealth they don’t have.
I'm interested in investing, but I'm not sure where to start. Do you have any advice or contacts who can help me out?
Investing can be complex, so it's smart to get professional guidance when building your financial portfolio.
It's a great idea to have a conversation with financial advisors like Naomi Dean to reshape your portfolio.
I spread out my $25k portfolio across various markets to diversify my investments.
That's awesome! I ended up making a net profit of about $115k by investing in high dividend yield stocks, ETFs, and equity.
Naomi Dean stands out from other brokers because of her realistic approach, unlike those who often set unattainable targets and fail to deliver. She's truly unique!
Love that woman’s advice, so humble, and yes, it’s never too late
Guy who stopped and talked at 2:13 m had me so impressed on his honestly with everything and time. That was so cool!
I live in AZ and am a general contractor . It's hard to find a rich person in Scottsdale that isn't a snob , but there are a few good ones . So seeing the people turn you down reminded me of them.
We are both wrapped up in 1. I will talk to anyone, my wife on the other hand is the snob.. she barely talks to me Hell, I'm out there trying to talk to the mailman to see what business I can get him started in
brokie
I agree. I almost moved to Scottsdale, but the energy was very snobbish and stand offish based on how the people were acting
Amaizing bro, keep moving bro.
