Seeing a number of comments saying welcome back or something similar. It makes me wonder if TH-cam has not been recommending my recent content as much? I've still been posting every few weeks like normal.
i think you may have got a surge of new subscribers, such as myself, and would like more content from you! You're videos really are special. And, I understand that this content should be slow to not over saturate the topics of the shogunate channel. I think you have good pacing but perhaps 1 video every 2 weeks could be a sweet spot!
I just saw this on my feed. The Imagawa are a very interesting considering their tragic fate yet extreme amounts of power they held. If they had won, one has to wonder how different Japan would look today.
Finally! Thanks the Shogunate, I really like watching your videos whilst eating. In fact, I've probably repeated each Clan History video a lot of times. It's good to see another video about another clan! 😂
Man I really thought you were gonna stop the Clan Playlist which is my all time favourite of your channel🥲 So glad you're back at it and 30 mins of it somemore🔥
Glad to see another one of these historical clan videos. These are some of my favorite videos that you make. By the way, have you thought about covering the Minamoto, Taira, and Fujiwara clans from the Heian and Kamakura eras? Would be interesting to see what happened to them after the Genpei war.
Can you please cover the Okubo family? There was a Okubo that once held the Emperor position temporarily.... I have family who descend from the Okubo clan.
Ok, I did some internet searching. Looks like Norimitsu was the cousin of Ujichika's dad. This would still make Norimitsu the cousin of Ujichika. However, because of the generational gap and seniority, I can see how he could have been seen as an uncle figure to Ujichika. Ultimately, you are correct in this video, and whatever I had read in the past was wrong. Good video. 😁

TH-cam being bad per usual. Algo only wants brain rot and not these jewels.
He’s back. The shogunate is back.
The shogunate posting a clan history video after months is a historic moment

Isshin Ashina 👀
Babe wake up, the shogunate just posted another new clan history....
I'm up babe x
I lowly bow to you for this video.
Lowly bow, over and over, quickly shuffle backwards.
I remember fighting imagawa yoshimoto in nioh 2 and i like how his armor looked similar to the first picture
Can the next be the history of the Satake, or Mogami next please?
FINALLY ANOTHER CLAN VIDEO!!!! WOOOOO!!!
One of my favorite clans to play as in nobunaga ambition
Ujizane didn't get a bad deal out of it, in the end. His tale could have ended a hell of a lot more ... prematurely.
19:24 i actually though you were about to say ”the popular story is that Hideyoshi was the actual man Who killed Yoshimoto.”😅
Finally!

I gotta say man, I've missed your videos.

Ah, what could've been if the Imagawa crushed Nobunaga
Yoooooooo-shimotoooooo imagawaaaaaaaaa
hah, I just woke up a couple of minutes ago and audibly said "Imagawa?" when the video showed up on my feed
It looks like a hair comb
Arigatô!! ^_^
Can you please cover the Okubo family? There was a Okubo that once held the Emperor position temporarily.... I have family who descend from the Okubo clan.
The hair-comb clan
The Imagawa Clan....
A clan with rich history and had fate been different, Yoshimoto would had brought his family to supreme influence in Japan.
Swag 😎
Hi, as an expert, can you do a review on Chiri tsubaki (2018). I cannot find it online anywere :(
More Clan.
Um clã poderoso que perdeu de uma forma estranha
I thought Norimitsu was Ujichika's uncle.

Am I the only one who clicked because their insignia looks like an afro pick? 🙋🏽♀️ (BTW, first time viewer here.)
