- Interlocking in PLC is used to interlock two process. Selec PLC programming tutorial in Hindi is explained in video for beginners. Interlocking is different from holding circuit. PLC or programmable logic controller is better method for interlocking in automation. Interlocking is used in safety and starters in automation.

क्या पीएलसी प्रोग्रामिंग में ऐसा पॉसिबल है कि बिजली सप्लाई वापस आने पर पीएलसी /प्रोसेस, आखिरी रुकी हुई स्टेज से अपने आप resume /स्टार्ट हो जाए , बिना कोई इनपुट (स्टार्ट स्विच) मैन्युअली ऑन किये ??? (जैसा औटोमैटिक वाशिंग मशीन में होता है !!!)

Program Flow
Program works in 2 Modes
1)Regular mode
2)AutoStrk mode
Modes can be changed by going to Autostrk page.
Regular Mode
1) Pulses are received from sensor and count is been considered by
PLC when pulse goes from high to low
2)Count displayed is the muliplication of count value and multiplication
factor entered by user
3)User can reset count after going to reset page and pressing F3.
AutoStrk Mode
1) SOV 1 and SOV 2 will be operated in cyclic mode,i.e if SOV 1 is ON
SOV 2 will be OFF and vice versa.
2) SOV 1 & SOV 2 time is edittable in Auto mode.
3) We will not consider the pulses in Auto mode
4) SOV 1 and SOV 2 time is settable in range of 5-180 sec.

İ thin you should use two nc relays to make interlock instead of two nc buttons.
