Sir if we have claim fake itc of Rs 4 crore in fy 22-23 then what is the consequence in income tax whether fake expenses allow or not
In your case fake purchases might be disallowed and turn it to profit consequently.

Sir ji aise logo ko aap he pakadwa do. Department ki kuch help bhi ho jayegi aur kisi theek taxpayer ko pareshani bhi nahi hogi. Sirf discussion karne se is problem ka solution nahi hoga.
