Pansy Ho led 200 China business leaders to visit Thailand to consolidate mutual economic foundation

2024 is an important year for China and Thailand to enter the "visa-free era". To celebrate this important node and warm up for the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand in 2025, on July 1, Pansy Ho, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Chairman of the World Tourism Economy Research Center, Executive President of the All-China Federation of Tourism Industry Chamber of Commerce, and Vice President of the All-China Federation of Women Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce, led 200 business leaders from all walks of life from mainland China, Macao Special Administrative Region and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to visit Thailand for exchanges, in order to promote cultural and tourism cooperation between China and Thailand and inject new impetus into the overall development of the cultural and tourism industries of the two countries.
During the event, Pansy Ho accepted our interview and introduced the purpose, background and significance of the event. Pansy Ho pointed out that 2024 is the beginning of the "visa-free era" for China and Thailand, and it is an important opportunity to focus on the cultural and tourism industry, explore cooperation directions, and drive a new round of exchanges between China and Thailand. The summit once again affirmed the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Thailand, demonstrated the strong concept of "China and Thailand are one family", and also made us take another step towards building a community of shared future for China and Thailand aimed at strengthening stability, prosperity and sustainability. We hope that through this summit we can jointly promote cultural interaction and the coordinated development of cultural and tourism brands between the two countries, find new directions, new models and new opportunities, and contribute to the future of common prosperity for the two countries.
2024年是中泰两国进入“免签时代”的重要一年，为庆祝这一重要节点，同时为2025中泰建交50周年预热，7月1日，全国工商联副主席、世界旅游经济研究中心主席、全联旅游业商会执行会长、全联女企业家商会副会长何超琼率领200位来自中国内地、澳门特区和香港特区的各界企业领袖赴泰进行访问交流，借此推动中泰两国的文化旅游合作，为两国文旅行业的整体发展注入新动力。
