Amit Ji, U explained it very well. But one important thing u missed is maintaining Slope. If u don't give proper Slope, then Even best Waterproofing will not save u from Leagkaes. Give proper Slope & U will not required Waterproofing.

According to the cpwd specification after laying brick brickbat and filling 50%gap curing for two days, but you said about this. Is it necessary?? After second coat of plaster 1:4 and 20mm think glass fiber laying on this and than neat finishing and making blocks of 300×300 , but you said on glass fiber 20mm thick 1:4 plaster
