@@4legsalex706 what's doing the defences job for them was Jen McCabe googling "hos long to die in cold" at 2:27. Let's not kid ourselves and lose perspective of the really important thing.
What's doing the defences job for them is the injuries on John's body, NOT AT ALL consistent with being hit by an SUV. Laceration at the back of the head, and back eyes and bloody nose, much more consistent with punches in the face. And no injuries to the rest of the body (except the lacerations on his arm, which look like dog bites, but apparently it was Karen cutting him (several times) in a fit of jealous rage).
Guess who has gotten in a lot of trouble for punching people in the face, who also happens to live in the house where the body was found: Brian Albert.
The laceration at the back of the head was very likely when he hit his head against something sharp, from Brian Alberts KO punch. John was drunk, so he probably didn't even see it coming.

I worked as an EMT and when a persons clothes are cut off they are discarded onto the ambulance floor. Those microscopic pieces of plastic could have been picked up that way. To me it is the best evidence that the commonwealth has but it isn’t very compelling.

No vehicular homicide occurred that's the problem. The FBI has confirmed his bodily injuries are not from being hit by a car or 6,000 lb suv. FBI forensic analysis has also confirmed that Jen McCabe's searches are accurate. Colin and Brian attacked him in the basement after the blunt force trauma to the back of the head, he had a seizure and vomited and he lost three pints of blood which is why they ripped up the basement flooring. And yes, while they attacked him Chloe was also in the basement and she attacked his arm. Initially they planned to pretend a snow plow driver hit him. They threw him on the lawn and that's why Jen McCabe googled how long to die in the cold. They should have called in 911, but they wanted to protect themselves and especially colin. The next morning Jen McCabe did not want Karen to stop at fairview. She tried to keep driving on. Karen insisted and jumped out of the car. That foiled their plans of blaming the snow plow driver and so from there they had to frame Karen

You must not be following a trial you must not know about the FBI investigation you must not know about the FBI reconstruction already done, you must not know about the data analysis the FBI did on their phones. No vehicle whether it was a snow plow or a SUV or a car killed John. He was beaten to death. If he had been hit by a snow plow or a car he would have gross bodily injuries to his torso. It defies the laws of physics and common sense to suggest that a vehicle traveling with inertia would hit somebody and merely punch them in the face causing two black eyes, a cut on the nose, hit them on the back of the head, and then attack their arm like a dog. Take one look at Melanie Little attorney with American standard K9 a former a police dog trainer and he will show you identical dog attack lacerations to John's arm. John shirt sleeve had holes and tears in it and his right arm was attacked by a dog. It's a myth that dogs only leave punctures. You are lucky if you only get a puncture. If they fall on attack you then they will cut you like a knife with their canines. a simple Google search dog attack lacerations will show you graphic images of what look like stab wounds. Like I said look at Melanie Little attorney with American standard canine and go look at the evidence and they'll show you John's arm and then they'll show you identical marks from dog attacks he was murdered in that basement by Brian and Colin and Chloe their dog attacked John while the owners were killing him

Yes! What gets me is the 3 ladies arrive to the Albert home at 6-ish a.m. Karen jumps out of the car SCREAMIN!. Then she and Kerrie are giving mouth to 👄mouth and CPR to John. Then L.E. arrive. The lights of EMS and law enforcement vehicles going off lighting up the neighborhood! While Karen is now running around and SCREAMING ALL THE MORE, while the EMS takes over!!!
The noise and lights don't wake up the Albert's???
Wouldn't a 🐕 dog be barking and wake up the owners with ALL that commotion going on in their front yard???
      Where was their dog?
It was stated it slept in THEIR bedroom!
It was said that the upstairs window closest to the flag pole was the Albert couples bedroom window!
Yet it took Jennifer MCCabe to go inside the Albert home to wake them to let them know what was going on in their front yard!!!
(Hos) to wake a family up
after a murder happens on YOUR PROPERTY?
NOT with your barking dog or someone screaming hysterically in your front yard and not with EMS and Law Enforcement lights flashing!!!

I agree. Even if they'd argued and he got out of the car saying "I'm going to the party to hang out with my friends. Feel free to go home, but I'm staying ", her first thought should have been "I guess he slept over at the Albert house, or shacked up with Bella's mom." Why was her first so-called assumption "He's dead. He got hit by a plow."? It makes no sense whatsoever. If she dropped him off by the front door as she said in one of her changing stories, her first assumption should have been that he passed out drunk on someone's couch. If they'd fought as she said they had, she would have assumed he wasn't answering calls or texts the next morning because of the fight and the hateful voicemails she'd left him the night before. It boggles my mind that people can't see the truth staring them in the face. Instead, they're obsessed with butts dials and red solo cups, but completely ignore the broken taillight found in the snow 10 minutes after Proctor got her car in the sallyport. There was no time for him to plant evidence and if the evidence wasn't planted in the snow, there's only one logical conclusion: she killed Officer John O'Keefe.

I wasn't sure about this case but when I heard her screams and pleads when she found him opened my eyes a little more. She is a good actress if so. Smiling on her way home? That is a bold statement based on the prosecution which has not proven anything at this point.

If the court would put in a full week and fewer sidebars!!! I've never seen a trial take so many days off and a sidebar every other minute! Ridiculous!!

@@SHADOWBLACKs650 I did an experiment 3 days ago. I broke a glass and spread the pieces on my grooved bumper. I drove over 145 miles, 80 of it being highway driving, and guess what….60% of the glass was still there on the 3rd day, and there wasn’t snow and ice on top of it 🤷🏻‍♀️ Hair sticks to cars like a ballon sticks to the wall after rubbing it on your head. Add water and it’s like glue! You really believe they would plant a single hair on the side of a vehicle in hopes that it would stay there and be found?! Give me a break lol

Were there markings on the car she supposedly backed into that they say broke the taillight? Did they measure the height on the vehicle she supposedly backed into at which the taillight broke? There would transfer of paint or a scraping and taillight pieces there by the car she supposedly hit.

Vinnie it still is very simple and straightforward..
She had a broken taillight and her boyfriend is found dead at the side of the ROAD!!
If you apply Occam's razor to the case then it's simple...she hit him.
Occam's razor... the explanation that requires the fewest assumptions is usually correct one the more assumptions you need to make
the more unlikely it is to be the correct explanation.
Karen hitting John requires the fewest assumptions when coming up with an explanation for what happened to him.
Can you imagine turning up to the trial for a man's murder, a man she claimed to love with a smile... sorry that's psychopathic.
Whether innocent or guilty, framed or not there's nothing to smile about..because John is still dead being innocent doesn't change that fact.
She comes across as cold, ruthless and unsympathetic her behaviour is completely inappropriate smiling laughing and turning around making faces and speaking to her family.
The fact that she can't see just how inappropriate that behaviour is reveals her true character which is
somehow who appears more than capable of doing what she's accused of doing.

Not to mention her screaming "Go f yourself!" at the top of her lungs in Aruba. That shows her temper and volatile nature clearly. As does her sending him so many texts and calling him a bunch as Lauren testified to. It's classic controlling abusive behavior. Reminds me of how Johnny Depp tried to hide in bathrooms to get space from Amber Heard, but she pounded on the door and refused to leave him alone.

She did not kill him.
