Former cookout employee here, for the cheesecake milkshake we straight up took a small slice of cheesecake and mixed it with the ice cream lol. As a matter of fact, that's what we did with all the flavors, took the actual item and mixed it with vanilla ice cream. Also to the people complaining about the spoon, cookout milkshakes are thick asf, a straw will get you no where. i keep editing this lol but for those that may want to try them, there are two more flavors, watermelon ( summer exclusive) and eggnog (christmas exclusive)
