    There is a much more easy way to create/modify custom ribbon than editing XML file manually: just create/edit your ribbon in the Customize Ribbon, then Export the customization to a file. Open the file in notepad and copy the whole content to the USysRibbons - only modification needed is to remove the first tag of the copied content which is in my case: .
    Shame of Access, that there is no option in the Customize Ribbon dialog to move into the USysRibbons directly...
