That would be awesome! If the builders came up with little backstories for the villagers and their households, it’d be epic if they wrote an LLM “pre-prompt” per villager or maybe the LLM would just have access to memory in something like pinecone/cozoDB and the builders would insert villager memories/goals there. It would be wonderful to see the VPT deep learning models for AI playing Minecraft being applied to Valheim instead. Imagine having little AI NPCs that would go to the forest and collect wood to refuel their fires, or resin for torches. Harvesting crops and tending the smithies. Man that would be awesome, Valheim would be so interesting too because getting the AI to prioritise exploring vs just chilling/defending the village would be way more interesting with Valheim’s gated biome style. The Go-explore model or AI-GAs could be really powerful here.
We’re at simple steps now, but imagine when NPCs get their Stable Diffusion moment and they start building epic towns with creative styles. What a time to be alive! 🤓🙌

Man, I never comment on TH-cam, but you're a monster. I wish I could absorb some of that artistic creativity, everything I build is so basic and boxy. Watching your work is definitely inspiring but it's so good sometimes I actually feel like I lose my drive to build my own things.

could you imagine the immersion if Irongate hired this guy to create ruins and deserted villages/castles in the world,
discovering and massive castle at the peak of the snowy mountains or deep in the black forests or even a ruin in the Mistlands would be insane if was this scale

Whenever I see these videos, I'm like wow that looks amazing.. why can't I make mine look this good, oh yeah.. those mods lol. Being able to add greenery, makes a HUGE difference, not attainable for mere mortals like myself.

I could only imagine how long it took to terraform unless there’s mods that make it easier to spawn prebuilt formations
Make a portal facing to where the next part of the village is supposed to be and make it somewhere else in the map in the same biome, just a suggestion, don't lag just keep building. XD

I notice you use mods (things like plant everything) - so, its curious you (appeared) to not be using mods to make life easier like no encumbrance, increased range of crafting stations, etc. However, it was pretty lit how you set up the "building materials" area in the first section with the carts and piles of wood. That was so... immersive!

Time to upgrade GPU for sure, I think CPU helps with high instance too, I have a 5800x CPU and 3080 GPU and my town is 15k instance and I get about 50fps. Love the content man your designs and layouts are amazing keep it up!

yeahh so the lag still sucks. we were building a big plains base village thing with huge wall around and farm inside but people with low end pc could not even walk around anymore

I think the terraforming kills framerate - I find doing the least amount of change to the land will help you put down more buildings

Friend I didn't know who else to turn to and I know that you have a lot of experience in valheim, I rented a server with nitrate for valheim and I want to block players from transferring items from their local game to the server, do you know if there is any way to block this through mods or commands?

I play on vanilla xbox edition and I can't tell you how limiting it is to have everything under a roof due to damage.
What CPU do you have, bro? I have a 3060ti and it stills lags sometimes even just being in a snowstorm on a mountain. I think the game is pretty CPU heavy, or at least, that's what I've told myself as I'm rocking an old 4690k.
How do you make your camera move while filming?

No hate but just buy a better GPU. Hardware is not expensive and if you're doing these huge builds for content, you should do it.
