I'm watching this video currently while sketching and I feel it so much!! I just send a super long text to a friend complaining about the businesspart and how I just wanna sit here and paint and once in a while ship a painting to a costumer haha Seeing this book all over youtube currently, maybe I should buy it too!

I love "phuc that comment" and I agree and I had to sub because you're brilliant. I think when people say things like that it shows how much they don't understand about art as a unique expression. Beautiful work!❤❤❤
Loved this video! I also never paint with a plan, I like the 'working out' marks to be part of the painting, for me it makes the process magical, even though it's very hard work! Thank you for sharing your work and thoughts.
I love seeing your process and listening to your thoughts, thank you for sharing ❤ I am wondering- how do you get the paintings on paper to be so flat? Everything I‘m working on paper (tried different kinds like watercolour, mixed media, acrylic pad) it gets wobbly and I can‘t get it flat again, that is so incredibly sad, because it destroys the whole painting 😢
Thank you! There’s always a few large wrinkles, that can’t really be helped I think, but I use 200/300gr paper (the heavier the better) and tape it when I paint. If I want to make it flat I lay it down for at least a day with something heavy on all corners.
