Hi everyone! Let's make some ADORABLE gnome family ornaments for Christmas! With all the same materials, I'll show you how to make a gnome, lady gnome, and little daughter too! All you need is some leftover scrap yarn, a paper towel roll, wooden (or felt) bead for the nose, and your ready to go! For tools, all you need are scissors and fabric glue or a hot glue gun, and an embroidery needle (optional). Ooooo!!! Hobby Lobby won’t open fast enough for me tomorrow!! I did the Pom-Pom ones last week and they are so cute! These look much faster to make, which is a huge ++++ ! TFS!
I used the larks head knot to make fringe for my knitting and crochet projects for years, but I never knew the name of it until I started doing macrame!! That’s when I learned it had a name! 😂

Adorable, just bought my yarn. Question: on this vid you said 20 mm. Bead. But your last one you said 8 mm. Bead.can you please clarify?
It’s actually somewhere in middle…about 10-14 mm will look good. Or 1/2 inch.
I can’t seem to find the wooden beads anywhere so I will have to order online. What size bead should I look for?
12-14 mm or half inch. I have links to them in the video description for my last two gnome videos (if they aren't included in this video).
You show a little girl gnome but how about a boy? Would it be a smaller version of a man?
