My beautiful mother would make homemade syrup and homemade biscuits for breakfast on school days. We didn’t have breakfast at school. Weekend mornings she would have the homemade biscuits w/gravy, eggs, sausage and sliced tomatoes. I miss her. You are beautiful Brenda 😊.

Brenda, this is how my eastern KY mother makes her biscuits. They always come out good. She is 95 yo and still cooks. I'm the oldest of her five children (75) but I don't make them. My husband is northern and doesn't care for too many biscuits. I do make the cheese biscuits sometimes like Red Lobsters.
