Volk got Max figured out. Max needs to kick more to keep Volk at distance. Max is a volume boxer. In the 3rd fight, Volk isnt afraid to get in the heat to disrupt Max rhythm. you cannot let Max get his rhythm.

Islam subs volk. He showed great heart and defense against Ortega, but I believe Islam won’t let him up and will grind him out with various attempts until he catches him.

Genuinely hope volk takes the w against Islam. I think the size difference is gonna be difficult and obviously Islams wrestling is elite but I think volk has a better shot than most of the guys at LW do. I think either he KO’s Islam in the 3rd/4th or Islam lays on top of him for all 5 to get a decision win.

After rewatching Idk about volk's chances. He can be taken down, and his last 2 fights were walks in the park against past their prime fighters. Also he lost to max in his first defense.
I feel islam is winning before r3. The height advantage is too big to ignore and also islam is familiar with light weight class volk isn't.

Volk just stands and bangs. His greatest tool in the octagon is literally how well he can take a punch. That's what he is best at. If he finds himself in any type of trouble at all he takes his opponent down and usually doesn't do anything with them once he gets them there. He is going to be absolutely embarrassed by Islam. I believe every aspect of Islam's game is better than Volks. This matchup doesn't even make sense at all to me. Volk is small even for his weight class and I'm happy for him that he is going to receive this payday but I am also sad that he is being thrown into such a bad situation. This is only going to hurt his future.
