iI tested these 12 inch loud speakers out at guitar Center over the Labor Day holiday weekend they had them on sale for $299.00 each and let me tell you something they rock for that price you could easily do a small wedding of 100 people or less with these with a good mixer. If you were looking at the EV ZLX speakers check these out First. they are loaded with the options and direct connectivity from one speaker to the other one in true stereo, I purchased two and an eight channel mixer that was on sale and they truly sound good and have decent bass response but would recommend getting a subwoofer sooner or later. They truly rock thanks Harbinger for making a good sounding mild budget speaker.
Man, you are good at selling these! There is a beautiful high end response that's impressive for this price. WWBW 20% off now (GC will match though ;)). Thanks for this review!
Thank you very much!! I have released some recordings since then, but I want to make sure I have the right intentions for videos- something hopefully inspiring and not just "watch me play". :) You are really good at sharing your knowledge and passion for your content in a way that comes across as not self serving and is a service to the viewer. So, I hope my next video can do that too. Take care and keep it up!
I rented these from Guitar Center, and they were loud but for outside applications, they just about did the job. I wish they were a little louder outside.
Harbingers are sleeper speakers. For being a low-budget product, they deliver. If you push them with a good mixer and EQ, they'll hold up to any 1000 dollar speaker out there. The subwoofers aren't the best, but the tops are great
This is what im saying! Once spent a decent 30 minutes equalizing my harbinger v4115 and it sounded god-like crystal clear. Couldn’t even tell the difference between a QSC and the Harbinger. They really are great for the price we’re paying.
To me no (they are garbage looking) because I have two-three years older models for my church. And I have alto tx208 (300watts and 113db spl) and the altos sounds brighter (indeed louder) than harbingers horn but the lows harbingers are better since driver size. But if you compare to Mackies thump they are similar. However mackies has one issue you have to replace the horn driver every year or 5 months if your lucky. The only thing I recommend with harbingers is their mixers.
When a Harbinger mixing board will "pair" with a "source device", & so will the Harbinger speakers, does that mean that the signal that the speakers are recieving is being provided by the mixing board? Reason: If the SPEAKERS are paired with a laptop (source device), the signal the speakers recieve has "bypassed" the mixing board & is not recieving the "input" from your microphones which are connected to the mixing board. Correct? In other words: How do you you get the input from the microphones connected to the mixing board to the speakers?
I hope you have the video soon. For $30 more it seems better to get the4000 series. Maybe with a cleaner box in the 3000 series there mught no be no difference in loudness between both of them by testing it with ear.@@expertisland
Hey I know this video is older but been looking for some help. I have the Vari 12 4k series with screen can I use this model to pair with it and if it has blue tooth can I tether them together or do I need a cable.
Hello question, can I put my ekx12P power speakers into my harbinger v2312s ? My EV box are broken so can't use anymore. so can I upgrade to to harbingers
It all depends on how long you need to run the speakers. I've got an inverter generator and a larger solar generator. The solar generator would power my 2 speakers for a couple hours since the speskers don't pull all that much power, but if I needed something for all day or even 4-5 hours consistently, I'd take my inverter generator.
Will these PA's pass the bluetooth audio out via its output xlr to say a subwoofer, or will it not output that bluetooth audio? I know alto and mackie doesnt, yet my siesmic audio riot 15's and my ev everse 8's both do
I have the 2312's and the s12's and absolutely love them. I get alot of comments from people on how clear and punchy they are. I wish Guitar Center would put the new 3412's and vs12's back on there 48 month payment plan, if they did, buy another set.
Hi Robin
I did order from musician friends @ your links, thank you for your help, have a great day.
Enjoy! And thank you.

Grabbed a pair of the V3415 for $249.99/ea on sale at MF today. Great deal!

I appreciate that! If I like a product and think it is worth it price I make the video. If not, I don't bad mouth it I send it back.
I just watched a couple of your videos you are Good, It's been 4 years senses you posted any new Music video, No new content to share?

He is great, isn't he! I'm not currently in the market for powered speakers but his voice & demeanor keep bringing me back

Is there a huge difference between the 3412 and 3415 in sound quality and volume?

Thanks for this review. Debating if I will trade my 2312s for these or get the 4112s.
I will be having a video showing the difference between the 3400 vs 4100 SOON.
Same boat here man.. really could just use a "yes go with the 4112s" ;) ...what's newer? Probably going 4112 if it's the over all winner 🏆

If I connect 2 of these speakers together, can I use the instrument channels on both, as for a band?

I got 4 subs18 and 8 speakers. What or how are the perfect connection for all? I will appreciate if you answer my question. Thx.
I wish you could control a master volume from the app.
That is one of the reasons to upgrade to the V4115. I will cover all the extras on an upcoming video (the Harbinger V3415 Vs V4115)
Can I connect V2212 to this? Thanks and a good video as well.
Could 2 of the 15's be used without a mixer simultaneously?
For Sure No Problem, everything you need to run 2 or more speakers is all built into the back of the Speakers.
Please do the SV18 Sub..
Coming Soon This Friday.
Can you suggest something as a power source for DJ when power is no available. Generation vs battery
Battery Costs more but Mush Better NO Motor, No smoke, No Noise, Costco has coupons from time to time, or amazon.
Inverter generators are very quiet. I've used my Honda EU2000i to power my setup.

What do you think about those harbinger 3415
are better than Mackie thump 215xt??
Thump vs Harbinger is like Coke vs pepsi, Bang for your Buck Harbinger.
@@expertisland ok thank you.
Good video.
Which is better 3412 or 4412
Hi Robin, I love the videos and information. Could you do a review on the alto 415 cheers
Thanks for asking, I already requested some gear, including the TS415, TS412, and Subwoofer, but still not here.
@expertisland Fantastic news I'm looking to buy a set so could do with your expert advice for a UK DJ
Thank you for your content. Question.... for a mobile DJ setup would recommend connecting two 15 inch powered tops with one 12in subwoofer?
Your Tops will run away from the subwoofer at like 25%, you minimum is 2x 15" subwoofers.
I would recommend 2x18 subs for 2x15 tops ...
can I turn on both Bluetooth while both speakers are link in?
Yes there is always a main use the Bluetooth on that one.
Will these PA's pass the bluetooth audio out via its output xlr to say a subwoofer, or will it not output that bluetooth audio? I know alto and mackie doesnt, yet my siesmic audio riot 15's and my ev everse 8's both do
Bluetooth acts like an input and will pass thru the Mix Out and the Linked Out.
Buen video! Ahora sí estoy en apuros y debo tomar una decisión entre estos o los Icoa15A BT. 😢😮
Thank you, The LD Systems ICOA is very Good but costs more Good New Guitar Center has both to try here is the link guitar-center.pxf.io/LDsystems
I'm getting this thing next year, and how many watts on that speaker?
The Manual says 2000w Peak But the Max SPL is very good at 128dB
Great video! How would you compare this against the Alto TS412?
Coke and pepsi for Now. I will have a head to head soon.
I am also curious about this.
I know of DJs and bands that use those. They are at about the same level.
I went with the Harbinger and has worked out very nicely for me.
Tell me about the sub
Just bought one very bad hiss with nothing plugged in
Could I use 2 , 12” tops for like a back yard family event (50 people) without a sub ?
Yes .... just eq some more bass in ...
