మజ్జిగ పులుసు నా ఆల్ టైం ఫేవరేట్. అసలు పెరుగు తో ఏ వంటకం చేసినా మహదానందంగా తింటా. మా అమ్మ చేసే మజ్జిగ పులుసు కి మీరు చూపించిన పులుసు కి పెద్ద తేడా లేదు. మేమ కొబ్బరి కూడా వాడతాము. ఇవ్వాళ మీ స్టైల్ లో చేసాను. ఆహా ఏమి రుచి....👌👌👌. మా అమ్మ, అమ్మమ్మ , మీరు చేసే విధానం లో కాస్త తేడా వుంది అంతే. అందరూ మరచిపోతున్న పాత పద్ధతులను వెలికి తీసుకువస్తున్నారు. చాలా సంతోషం. తెలిసినవే అయినా నేను విస్మై ఫుడ్ తప్పక చూస్తా....మీ కంఠం వినడం కోసం. చాలా బాగుంటుంది.

I've been following your recipes and learning new things. but I have some suggestions regarding this recipe because I am eating this from my childhood and enjoyed some best times eating this. the version you have shown is near to that try to make in this way You will cherish that recipe for sure. Just try it and you can feel the authenticity of the recipe by making slight changes to your recipe. Masala lo menthulu, biyyam,miriyalu avoid chesi pachi kobbari mukkalu konni, chinna allam mukka, endu mirchi ki badulu pachi mirchi vesi mix chesi mix xhesi chudu bro. Allam pachi mirchi is the best combo for this and Perugu badulu pullati majjiga tho cheyyandi bro endukante pulusu annam kada. ala chesthe patha kaalam loki velli tinnatu untundi.please try it once and post a video if you like it.
