Architect Nayyar Ali Dada speaking about and the biggest disaster in architecture, the condition of practice the professional side of architecture the way jobs are allotted the way the fees are paid the way the buildings supervised and made if you do the right kind deliver services you end up paying double your fee to finish the job nobody wants to pay the architects fees the system of practice of supervision allotment is an absolute disaster and it is because of the state of corruption in the field of construction practices uh in in pakistan as everybody knows corruption has been a major factor in the governance of our recent times and the most corrupt side of our economy has been construction building structure of roads buildings of structures the elements of corruption and commission and also the engineering side needs to be pepped up in terms of first technology that both syllabi is outdated we have not caught up with modern materials and modern techniques in architecture, and the system of practice of tendering and then payment of bills to the contractors and this system if it is not reviewed quality of construction environment can cannot be achieved.
