Adventure notes: I had inherited my uncle's estate which I intended to use as a base for my research when to my surprise I came to learn that it was being cared for by two centipede maids! The breakfast they prepared was simple, yet lovely. Their names were Meilin and Alma. It turns out that Mei likes to decorate while Alma likes gardening. Seeing as I had not planned to hire maids anyway, I let them take care of the things they love doing. They asked me to let them learn my scent with their antenna, which I let them. It was a strange feeling and gave me insight into the mannerisms of centipede girls. I came to the estate expecting a simple place to rest between expeditions and gained some friends and research subjects. Note: The exoskeletons of centipede girls seem to go all the way to their necks. I assume it also covers their torsos, but it would be incredibly rude to ask. -Salfon Enderach, Monster Biologist
Okay i love this. Centipede girls are criminally underrated, so receiving two of these wonderful girls as maids is nothing short of a divine blessing. I certainly look forward to getting to know both of the girl better as well as what the future holds for them and their relationship with the listener.
It could be a good slice of life anime, for real, there are so cute, many here saying that they feel uncomfortable about them for being centipedes but I just want to hug them.
I could see this going a few ways ether it being a older college student or maybe a orphan teenager inheriting the place since there background is open I ended I can see them finding and taking in more bug girls. Like finding a caterpillar Loli in the garden that later transformes into a ara ara energy butterfly. Or maybe having a yandere spider or mantis girl fall in love and then try to eat the mc. Heck I can even think of names like manor life with insect maids.
It is both terrifying and amazing that you can voice both of these characters but the thing I'm most suprised about, that this didn't end with our death. Another lovely audio, thank you.

I think it went a little like this: One morning, an elderly maid was out checking on the gardens, until she noticed a couple heads hiding beneath some daffodils. She approached the flowers and spotted two little girls. Well, the heads of two at least. "Awww, what're you two doing out here all alone," asked the maid, worried. "Come here, I won't hurt you." Though apprehensive, one of the girls approached the maid, her hair amber and her eyes pink. The maid picked up the girl to get a god look at her. "You two must be lost. Oh my, darling, you look like you haven't eaten in we- W-Wait, what is that below your- O-Oh my goodness!" Worried, the maid gently put down the girl and inspected her. She appeared to have a long exoskeleton below her waist, and it resembled that of a centipede. The girl with the amber hair and pink eyes brought her sister closer to introduce her. Her eyes were cerulean and her hair was black. The maid was a bit confused, and slightly frightened, but looking at the girls a second time, she thought to herself, "What harm could they do?" She took their hands and led them inside, smiling warmly. "I suppose you two are special. Come with me, I'll get you some clothes, and perhaps something to eat if you're interested. Afterwards, I'll need to ask you a few questions, okay?" And from that day forward, she apparently raised them in secret for ten years until... Y'know...
oh my god these two are precious and both are to be treasured. This is the exact kind of wholesome I love with this kinds of stuff. The younger sounds so much like Niffty from Hazbin Hotel, which just fuels squee. This is wonderful.
My gosh, I had mixed feelings about this at first because centipede legs but this was pure bliss start to finish. I'm just blown away 😳😍🥰 You crafted such a beautiful story, you portrayed it wonderfully through just bits of immersive dialogue lines, and then you brought it all to life with that spectacular performance. Seriously, this was glorious. It was cute, endearing, sweet, relaxing, comforting... It pulled me right in and only let go when it was sure it had brightened my day.
