Yeah, love the Asp, and not in a 🌈 way, he's a proper good guy, I don't remember seeing sportsmanship on that level before, go on Nathan lad,🪱⬅️ the Asp.
He is also a hell of a player even if he don't win he makes his opponent work there ass of to beat such a great attitude and mentality I think he is great

This is one of the most exciting Premier League seasons ever. 6 weeks of the league phase and its gonna be so exciting now. Gezzy was so good in the first 2 matches and the QF v Wright was a stunning match. U wouldnt think they r the 2 bottom players with those sort of performances but as they say form is temporary, class is permanent. That 9 darter in the semis was so good and after hitting the 2 180s i had a very strong feeling the wait in the PL for a 9 will be over. Such a shame he couldnt bring that level to the final otherwise we would have had a stunning final. Fair play to Littler though. Will he follow MVG and Humphries and get his hattrick next week? I cant wait to see what happens.

What a time to be a darts fan. This must be one of the most competitive and highest standards of play I've seen in about 20+ years watching the game. So nice to see such great attitude and camaraderie amongst the players as well. I hope people finally get off Gerwyn's back, when he's at his best he's a joy to watch. Imagine competing at the top in not one, but two disciplines. Humphries and Littler are two absolute monsters but they're going to have their work cut out with how strong their competition is now. Aspinall might be my favourite, great attitude combined with such gritty determination.
Yeah I agree 💯, Chizzy is my favourite player, cos he's my local boy, only lives 5/10 mins away, but the Asp is deffo up there, he's a class act, love great sportsmanship, he's a class act and great role model, good on y Nathan, 🎯 is on 🔥💯 .
Level of darts has definitely gone up every one is trying different check outs now because of Luke
@@georgeemoore1690 Definitely, Definitely, Definitely, sorry but what more can I say, apart from Definitely, The standard has gone up massively, cos anyone can win any tournament now, like in the past it was mainly one person dominating, Bristow, Taylor the Goat, and MVG, now I think there is one or two standing out at the moment, the two Luke's, but I think, The Nuke is deffo the one that could dominate, or that player might not even have been born yet, 👀😁🎯🔥👀
That hurt Price. Littler is doing some serious emotional damage to the other guys week in, week out.
He definitely is, I'm not a fan but I admire his ability! I do think he got away with it with van gerwen's recent struggles, but definitely gonna be a world champ someday!
I don’t think it’s that. I think it’s pure fear. They are terrified to lose because they think they aren’t meant to, which is a terrible mindset for a pro in any sport. Because they have been shaky with him since he hit the World Cup of darts.

Something wasn't right with Gezza in the final didn't seem the same.
That was the Price of old this week! 100+ averages, 9 Darter and massive improvements on the double are what got him to that final. More or this and he could make a push for the playoffs. ON WE GO!!!

Luke's finishing is what makes him more special. He's down and out quick on his doubles
His doubling is very hit and miss. Sometimes very good sometimes quite bad.
ima disagree, his scoring is what makes him hard to beat, it gives him many tries at doubles. he said it himself a few weeks ago, doubles is a weak point of his game. he has been improving however, and tonight he has been very good at doubles.

The level of competition compared to like 6 years ago is absolutely ridiculous. It genuinely feels like 100 is below average for these guys now.
Man Peter is quite unlucky, putting on great performances like that when the other side is unplayable.

Good performances but overall the guy is old and he's holding up a place as to where a younger lad on the scene could move in, like Chris Dobey or Van den Bergh for example, and have the chance to make a name for himself on the big stage. Peter just doesn't have that killer instinct in my opinion

It’s good to see Gerwyn being a bit more relaxed overall and not so arrogant. He is a great player. Litter has the game in the palm of his hand though what a sensation
MVG is such a sore loser. Wasn't that long ago he was saying Luke wasn't as good as everyone makes him out to be..... And yet he's consistently beating him. No matter what it's never his fault. 😂

Littler would have lost to anyone else in the 1st round with his average but MVG apparently showed up hung over from the German Grand Prix
He's nearly back to his best price. Just needs to win a night and I think we'll see him kick on from there. Littler is just unreal and I think we'll see him pick up at least 2 majors this year.

MVG played the first few weeks of the premier league and was at the top...nobody seems to have noticed that he loaned Martin Lukeman his shirt for the last month.....time to take it back!

What im chuckling about is I leave my desk just for a minute to go to toilet and thought to myself, "I guess I might miss a 9 darter when I hit the bathroom". Sure enough, The price is right. Just chuckled coz i can hear the crowd and the commentary on their top of the lungs.
