How To Run a 5-1 Offense in Volleyball

The 5-1 is one of the most widely used offenses in the game of volleyball. If you need to learn each rotation and where you need to go regardless of the position this is the video for you. Not only knowing where you need to go in each rotation but also where everyone else needs to be.

Hey coach, can you make a video on the playcalling aspect of the game. I mean, when or how a play it's called and what happens when the first attack didn't kill, we have a progression of plays or we just run the same??

Definitely can, that's a great idea for a video, we typically run the same plays throughout the rally, but the setter has the option to communicate new routes on the fly when necessary.

It’s called a dunk but if you do it quick enough it’s not a carry

legal as long as you get your body square to the point you are releasing the ball. You run into issues when you don't pivot your body to the net.
