Why do you like Gator, he was a really pathetic character - a bully and a thug, incompetent and mean - maybe you felt sorry for him because his horrible father made him into such a rubbish person?
Maybe he was a bad guy, but it was Dad's fault. Gator always needed his mom, not dad. But after mother death, he was pretty loyal to his dad, he's wanted to be like him. But in the end Roy betrayed Gator. Gator even lost his eyes forever. In the end he's got to jail. Maybe Gayor deserved jail, but he's not deserved being blind and live without he's parents. He just needed mom, and the last scene of him was very sad. And he was kinda tuff, but sometimes he was a loser. Even Dot said that. Roy called him Gator, not Roy because he knew Gator will be loser for life, it makes me pain. Sorry if theres a mistake on my words, i'm not american
@@arthur1_1453 You're right, Gator's life is a sad story and it was kind of his Dad's fault but Gator also has to take responsibility. For Ole Munch he finally takes responsibility for his situation instead of looking for revenge and he finds peace - and so did Gator. I think it was symbolic that Gator lost his eyes - while he had his eyes he was blind to his father's evil and just tried to copy him, ironically once he lost his eyes he could see what was right and wrong. I think this story has many messages and one is that men and women often do not take responsibility for who they are or have become instead focusing on finding someone to blame - even Dorothy does this in her dream of Roy's first wife, even Roy's third wife does this in blaming Dorothy for things going wrong for her. Then there's Deputy Indira Olmstead's useless husband blaming his equipment for his failure as a golfer, there's Lorraine blaming Dorothy for being hunted by Roy - until Olmstead sets her straight. It's a great show isn't it because it keeps you thinking about the characters long after you finished watching!
How did he redeem himself? Only after Ole cut his eyes out and his father abandoned and rejected him did he tip the cops off as to where his father was - not much of a redemption!
@@TheJohnRowley munch killed innocents too but ok. To be honest every character in that season was pretty well written there really isn’t a villain in that show probably Roy.
Joe was so perfect for this role, he played amazing (crying)
Exactly. I was pleasantly surprised by his performance; it was really perfect. And also, I appreciate that you wrote a comment. It made my day.
Investigator, interrogator, then an instigator. Now he needs a navigator. Poor Gator
Watching this vid everyday, this is so great. I'm still crying, Gator didn't deserved all this😭🙏🏻

omg this is so good. Love Joe in this role
Omg, thank you so much. I think that too.
Great song choice
Thank you very much. I'm happy that you liked it.

Do one for Roy Tillman
I considered doing an edit about him. But I don't think it will happen soon. However, in the near future, I would do it.
Gator redeemed himself
Yeah, he started to redeem himself. But it was a bummer that they didn't show what Gator was doing after a one-year time jump

Did he? Was that mentioned somewhere along the line later on? Well that would certainly go some way in redeeming himself true enough@@rootin222
