Brilliant Justin. You've pulled together a ton of useful stuff about the fretboard and chord structure and summarised it just about as concisely as possible. I'll have to watch again though. You have a great presentation manner and style!
Great lesson - I'd never thought about the relative minors in relation to the A bar position. Tons of other great nuggets as well - I'll have to review this multiple times over the years.
I've seen some of my favorites playing slide in standard: Jack Pearson, JD Simo, Warren Haynes, and others. Derek Trucks plays exclusively in open E most of the time, like Duane Allman did, although he played in standard tuning to on songs like "Dreams" and others. The fun thing with tuning to chords is us beginners can have fun sliding around without too much finesse needed, Elmore James style. But what's that old saying: "blues is easy to play, but hard to play with FEELING". I'm old and getting arthritis and RSS, so it's time to FINALLY master playing slide, I've just been too lazy in the past, even though its some of my favorite sounds. Thanks!
this is really awesome, it's been there all the time on my fretboard but I hadn't looked at it for slide, thanks again and all the bass-t from kayo
A lot of lights just came on, thank you for that, can’t wait for your course to come out

Do you use multiple right hand fingers to pick the strings to play?
There’s a lot of muting going on in the right hand. That’s probably a video by itself.
