Came here to comment something similar. There’s a variety of Magnesium supplements that have different benefits. I’ve used Magnesium Threonate which is great for mood. Just a caveat about Nadine saying her magnesium “knocks her out”, please understand that results may vary. This is Nadine’s experience which makes it almost sound like a sleeping tablet. Don’t be disappointed if you don’t get the same results. Final point, everyone should be taking magnesium as many are deficient in this essential mineral.
Yes ..here to comment this. Dr told me/also plenty of information online I take glyconate as well. I also encourage people to look into table salt. It’s completely screwed up so I don’t know if it’s like that in the UK but I use Celtic salt. There’s a whole bunch of good minerals in there as well
Magnesium citrate is great for constipation, it can give you diarrhoea as you mentioned in the video. Magnesium glycinate is much better for sleep and doesn’t have that side effect.
I've been using The Ordinary Lash Serum for over 2 years, and I can attest that it definitely does work. I doesn't really make your lashes LONG, but it definitely thickens your lash line, so you have a nice fringe of lashes. For the price, you really can't beat it! I apply it at night before bed.
Magnesium glycinate is more suited for sleep than citrate, the latter can cause gastro issues so do your research before you choose which Magnesium is best for you
I have sleep apnea and the strap marks on my face are scary! I have a special pillow and I'm training myself to sleep on my back! Good to see you back🎉
Hi Nadine, please do an updated version of your skincare you use AM and PM as i know youve mentioned you don't use essential oil etc i don't too due to PD and SD would love to hear more, and great to see you back missed your video's ❤
You are looking fabulous ❤ Magnesium is also great if you suffer from restless legs or cramps. I work out most days, and these really help my muscles recover and relax. ❤
Over six minutes devoted to discussing a pillow. I am 62 a side sleeper and have never awoken with creases in my face. I think Nadine does botox too, so I take any recommendations from someone who does injectables with a grain of salt. Love her interaction with Jo when they are together though:)
Very first time I have come across, I have now sub’d. Thank you SO MUCH for mentioning your neck issues and improvements since using the sleep and glow pillow. I will now start saving up for one
I swear by my sleep and glow pillow. It is expensive but worth every penny. Plus it lasts for five years. I’ve been using it for years so I need to replace my silk pillow case. Mine came with a bamboo case. I bought the silk one to go with it. They do make this sleeping bra for chest wrinkles. I will never use another pillow. I wish I could train myself to sleep on my back. I tend to always end up on my stomach. Even so the pillow still works that way too.
Thank you for your comment, I have been thinking about this pillow for years but at Aus $360+ I keep putting it off. Now knowing it last 5 years and that she has said it has helped her bad neck means I’ll have to start saving up for one
Magnesium citrate Good for: Digestive issues: Magnesium citrate's citric acid content acts as a laxative, helping with occasional constipation and bowel preparation. It's also well absorbed in liquid form. Health issues: Magnesium citrate may help with anxiety, osteoporosis, and metabolic syndrome. A 2021 study found that magnesium citrate reduced blood pressure and hemoglobin A1c levels in people with metabolic syndrome. Magnesium glycinate Good for: Nervous system: Magnesium glycinate can help calm the nervous system and reduce anxiety. Muscle recovery: Magnesium glycinate can support muscle recovery and is good for tense muscles. Digestive system: Magnesium glycinate has gentle effects on the digestive system, making it a good choice for people with sensitive stomachs. Sleep: Magnesium glycinate can help improve sleep quality.
SOLD! I ordered the pillow today. Yes it is very expensive for a pillow (I will never tell my husband) I’ve been having trouble sleeping since cancer treatment 3 year’s ago. Thanks for your discount code. And I ordered the magnesium tablets today
Those pillows are just so expensive, I had a similar issue years ago getting a wrinkle on my lip when sleeping. I bought a memory foam pillow from Ikea for £20, slightly firmer but works the same, now on my second one….
That was my first thought- to get a cheap piece of memory foam and cut it into the shape of this Omnia. It gives dimensions and specs on their website.
Hi. I have missed your content! FYI, there's Magnesium Glycenate that was recommended to me for evening because it relaxes with the bathroom 'issues'. I do keep the Citrate on hand for when needed.
Your looking great nadine ❤😉 after my broken neck operation iv allways used a contour pillow and trained myself to sleep on my back ashwagandha helps me sleep on my nights off work.
NADINE. Can you please do a video for thinning lashes and thinning eyebrows and please explain for example. I have full on half bushy brows. From beginning to centre full and then half way straggles of hairs..So Annoying.. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
For the love of skincare and all that ails us... PLEASE! MORE CONTENT ON TH-cam! I never say a word on here.. But, i feel your content is relevant enough to beg for more! Lol I'm 49 and feel I owe PART of my youthful appearance & confidence to you and ALL OF YOUR GUESTS! Thank you for your honesty, bravery and legitimacy. Thank you for the education, diversity, and the laughs! I look forward to new content. The lack of you... & "the U & Jo show" I call it) literally, makes me sad! Keep on keepin on... Because we all have to... And we are ALL AGING! WE WILL NEVER BE AS YOUNG AS WE ARE RIGHT NOW.... and we have to stick together. I love that 23 year olds are taking the knowledge we have today & posting about it. It will serve as a chronicle of skincare and what works... BUT! I don't need to see a 23 year old testing Bader or SkinCeuticals C Ferulic etc. etc. ( mature skincare in general) to show me "no wrinkles the next day". IM LOOKING TO YOU and your clan for this tried and true wisdom. I apologize for the lengthy comment.. But, I can count on one hand the number of times I've spoken outloud in comments... So, there it is! Thanks again, cheers!
Always a joy to see you back I know whatever you’re promoting it’s going to be interesting and helpful. I’ve recently been diagnosed with a condition I get severe muscle stiffness so anything that is going to ease this and give me relief at night is a blessing. Thankyou again I look forward to the next video please can you do your annual end of year best beauty with Jo Jones always great to see you two together. Xx
So glad you are here, i have missed you always watched on Sunday night but you need to take time for you i love the eye look also need that pillow not for lines but shoulder pain desk working at 60 not good
Hello Nadine, truly you look at your best ! Is it because of a new make up ?new colours, new textures ....Am I true ? Please carry on with those colours it suits you so well !
Nadine. CAN we have more videos on Sunday. We don't all have Instagram ❤ Plus Will you & Jo be doing a Christmas and New year's Videos like last year.. We don't all have in- laws and huge families. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I’ve missed you on YT! I , like you, need earplugs ( I use Bio Ears silicone ones-Amazon) and a sleep mask. I also got used to lying on my back to sleep due to a number of operations and just kept with it. It got rid of any pillow smush face lol. Why on earth is IG stopping any long term content? Well, I can imagine why, but there is a big audience out there for long term. It’s a shame.
the ordinary lash and brow made my eyelashes much worse - after using for about a year. I also used on my brows it's ok - it's either done nothing, or helped somewhat...can't say for sure, but definitely do not recommend on lashes.
Your hair and makeup looks really good.
Love the videos, I appreciate it must take time but they are always so informative. Have a great week x
Magnesium citrate is a laxative. Magnesium glycinate is the magnesium supplement that should be taken for sleep, muscle relaxation and anxiety
Exactly

Yep, I take Mg bisglycinate. One other bonus is that glycine is one of the precursors of glutathione.
Yes Magnesium glycinate and taurate are the best ones. Not citrate

The hair color and shape is different
Soft focus…lense

More volume in the face around the eyes I think? Is there something Nadine that you’ve done differently? Your looking lovely xx
Great facelift! ❤
Hi Nadine, love your shorter hair. What brand and colour is your eyeshadow? It’s just the shade I’ve been looking for for a while x
I need to try the pillow I have cervical spondylosis so might be very beneficial always wake in pain.......whoa not cheap 🤔!

Yes. I use glycinate with muscle tension and anxiety. Definitely helps with sleep 😊
Thank you for this info. I have neck & shoulder tension so hope to invest in this x
A soft down pillow does the same ..not cheap but from John Lewis…sleeping on a cloud…and supports my neck…I too had pins and needles in my arm ..
So good to see you back! 🎉

Really interested in the pillow! Do you need to use their specific pillowcases or can you get away with using other silk pillowcases?

p.s. You are utterly radiant✨😘
Hello nadine lovely vlog skincare routine , thank you so much for this video ❤😊 xx
I love everything you stand for
That pillow has my name on it.
I used that eyelash serum. It gave me severe eye dry syndrome. Be careful.

Welcome back to YT.. lovin the hair…👌
What colour do you use on your hair ❤
Funny enough, I’m 31 and already use all(!) of the products you mention 😅
Nadine what is your opinion on face taping? Like frownies etc as well as tretinoin & spf for fine lines xxx
Anyone know of a cheaper, similar pillow than this? Fyi there is also a review from 5'1 woman saying the height wasn't great for her
No way as a disabled pensioner could I afford that pillow even with the discount
Naked Pharmacy Magnisum is smaller to take
the ordinary lash and brow made my eyelashes much worse - after using for about a year. I also used on my brows it's ok - it's either done nothing, or helped somewhat...can't say for sure, but definitely do not recommend on lashes.
Natural sleep aid brahmi from MAHC clinic
Well, I clicked on the link and can’t get passed Where are we shipping to - I live in the UK, no UK option, so guess I will not be buying one. Pity…..
I can’t see how they arrived at this price point.
What happens when u travel… you can’t take the pillow with you,,.
