Finished this fun painting after getting new fan brushes which made a big difference. Thanks for the membership! I'm so looking forward to more paintings with you.
I'm painting this right away....well maybe after the sun comes up. It's 2am and I better wait till everybody gets up....well I'm not sure I can wait that long! Lol. That's what you might call an inspirational painting that gets us excited. Thanks C and I😆
I love that you are using just "plain" colors. So much can be done with these basic colors. I'm doing this one on an extra large, re-purposed canvas. I'll hang it above my dog memorial shelf. Thank you!
A lovely, colorful, happy image. One hoot or more doesn't matter on this painting. It is warm and wonderful filled with energy an optimism. Thanks for this wonderful lesson and inspiration.
This was fun! I set this up for my 70/80 year old parents to do. They never painted before. My dad absolutely killed it! He found a talent at age 78. I wish I could post his interpretation.
That was easy! My yellow tree ended up being a bit smaller than I planned and the green in the center, but I like how it turned out otherwise! 2 more to go!!! Hoot!! Hoot!!
Oh My Yes! Don’t see your Affiliate link for Lazy Susan on this video; so I will go back to one where I believe it’s at.🥰 This video however clearly shows it could seriously make my painting experience! Your start here first series is fantastic! Thank you CINNAMON! Thank you to everyone who put in a helping hand in putting this together💖💫
Wow, enjoyed this a lot. Posted a pic on Facebook. I added some birds and green grass by the pier. Thanks for making me brave enough to start adding my own touches!!
That one was a bit more challenging, I think my fan may have been too big, a 4 blick scholastic bristle fan, so I went ahead and ordered the 2 silverstone for next time. Thanks as always for such a wonderful lesson. I just found out the painter Wayne Thiebaud (whose work I loved) passed on Saturday at age 101, and he was said to be obsessed with the art of learning how to paint, even though his work is in museums!
I am so upset!!! I got the date wrong. I thought it was today. I wanted to paint along with you. Well I will just have to join next time. I am very very new to painting. I have learned everything so far from the incredible, amazing, most awesome art sherpa. I know my paintings don't look nearly as good as hers but I hope someday that they will be. One thing that she said in a video was to stay with it don't give up. I almost did until I started watching the art sherpa. Thank you for all your inspiration!!!
*I am very glad you found the painting even if it was after the live. The good news is that we are live all the time. If you live in the USA you can et a text direct from me send ** The Art Sherpa to 33222 ** on your mobile* Ther next live stream is tomorrow at 1 pm edt
I just finished this painting with variations. 11 " x 14". Love the outcome. Easy to follow instructions. I am thinking of doing a much larger version, 16" x 20" but change it up again and make it winter themed. Snow flakes, no dock, water is frozen but reflective with snow along shoreline and skaters . Could be really nice. I am not sure if skaters will be in silhouette/black or in primary colors. Thanks for this lesson.. loved the experience of painting it.
Just finished painting it on a stone after over 6 months without painting anything - it is not perfect but as you say: it hasn`t to be perfect - I had fun and time to calm down while paintig :)
Thank you so much once again! Mine turned out...not too bad :) I wanted to ask you: do you have videos on composition/design of paintings? I know it's a complicated area, but your composition is always so beautifully done. I wonder if you have videos on this as well. Thanks again!
Keep a notebook of painting ideas that you have. Do what doodles you can. Then from there you wont forget your great idea. Now you can do the work of how to get ideas out of your head onto the canvas. You can work on drawing skills=, digital editing skills for college or even tracing skills. There are lots and lots of ways the big thing is not to get halted from being creative while you collect the art skills you need.

Hi Anessa 💕
Hiii , what do I do if I have a great idea for an art piece but cannot draw it myself?
