Is it just me or that the speculation/expectation of kris fighting the others isnt too far fetched. I do believe that speculation holds some merit but not in the way most think it is. It seems like this chapter rlly tells us a lot about us, and kris themselves. My speculation is that we will have to fight the others but the twist is us the actual player ourselves fighting kris. Kris isnt in control but we are. They are the vessel we use and makes sense why ofc they keep pulling their heart out. It seems like kris knows that they are not in control but rather something else aka us. This is back again to undertale how every choice we make as a player effects everything and it rlly shows how bad things can get on our actions. Toby fox loves making things meta and pulling emotional strings. It isnt too far fetched to say that it could be possible in the final chapter we, the actual player face off against kris, the vessel for control or other things. Idk this is jsut my speculation and the things that have been revealed so far in the chapter and i cant wait more for it
If I was actually expecting dark stuff, I would expect that more around chapters 5-7, and even then, the darkest would probably be from secret routes we have to actively seek out (which the fandom happily does despite the reason for them being hidden is to show that these are horrible things you're doing but go off ig)

Then the actual chapter 2 was released. I cannot describe how relieved I was. I know I'm going to be playing this game till the very last chapter. I guess in conclusion this game managed to exceed all our expectations and it probably will continue to do so till the very end.
(Shoot this is waaay longer than originally intended- Nice to meet someone like me who wastes time reading youtube comments though!)
You guys overthinking Genocide too much you get blinded by the fact..
Banana is full of Potassium.
i think toby ended chapter 1 like that for the sole purpose of subverting our expectations
Seeing the "mercy-like" dance off with Sweet Cappin' Cakes makes me so happy. Also cool unexpected Homestar Runner reference, which I didn't realize until the second playthrough. I'm glad the game didn't try to be too serious.
Oh my god this is so underrated
Ok maybe we exaggerated a little bit for chapter 2.
But chapter 3 tho.....
I love how they took a more silly approach then a "murder everybody that gets in your way approach"
Pacifist players, don't be sad that you didn't get many serious moments.
That'll come later.
Whether you like it or not.
? wdym, i got everything i could ever ask for.
@@pockpock6382 Then prepare for the things you didn’t.
Toby's gonna make us cry again one way or the other
@@AdventofMechanus monkaS
@Myles Fletcher They *are* the serious moments.
When I eventually do the snowgrave route I'll definitely be doing that on a other computer because even if you delete a save the game remembers even more stuff than Undertale

Toriel: *kris, did you commit pie eating!?
(You can actually make a genocide route in chapter 2)
-I want what really got me in chapter 2
(Berdly and Noelle enter a dark world)
-I said I want what really got me in chapter 2
(Ralsei has a new spritesheet)
-perfection
clearly the edgy shit is coming in chapter 6 or 7

The genocide of stuffed animals
Rated PG-13.
chapter two was worth the fuckn wait
They all forgot, the fearful parts are only so much so because of how genuinely sweet everything around it is.
2:02 -> when Nuggets are too hot and ask to the employee to cool them down
Toby fox makes theorizing fun not only because of the complex lore it has in its game but also for expectations we have for the chapter only for toby to completely shatter those expectiations and give us something totally unexpected
.Edit":toby fox is a good programmer and all but remember he has a team on its side so I have to thank them too"
Edit2:"not sorry for bad english"
The part where everyone dies obviously only comes at the end
Still proud of toby also happy birthday Doggo
The next chapter will also probably have a troll beginning
The Cherry God always say : "They dont expect the double"
But how do you make that ending a troll? “Oh I just wanted to wake up in the middle of the night, remove the being controlling me, open the front door, turn on the TV, and then create a gas leak?”
@@BaronB.BlazikenBaronOfBarons my guess is that, Kris made a Dark Fountain...
So maybe it'll create a new world with Kris' house stuff as the residents...
Hey maybe it wont be revealed that early...
Maybe it'll just be another Pie Scene!
"God fucking dammit Kris where the fuck are we?"
Me: man I'm relieved that we didn't have a BAD time
Toby: your (somewhat) welcome
Idk this is jsut my speculation and the things that have been revealed so far in the chapter and i cant wait more for it
It was somehow more darker than the conspiracy theories lmao
Damn, I remember those times. It felt like forever waiting for chapter 2
Megamente: Kris pilla el plátano.
surprise surprise! toby actually knows how to not suck at writing
If I was actually expecting dark stuff, I would expect that more around chapters 5-7, and even then, the darkest would probably be from secret routes we have to actively seek out (which the fandom happily does despite the reason for them being hidden is to show that these are horrible things you're doing but go off ig)
ITS BETTER THAN EXPECTED
MOSTLY BECAUSE [I] SHOWED UP
We might all have jobs, super jobs for the grownups in the fandom
Spouses, kids, Grandkids,
Might see a night wing movie before deltarune chapter seven comes out
*Kris get the bannana*
toby fox knows how to make us jam
I love how chapter 2 came out and it’s still dark to me if you do genocide route which is why I Never did it
I wonder if the same thing will happen with chapter 3
i love how the second image of what Ch. 2 really was is just *BIG SHOT MAN*
Yeah, we all thought it was gonna be a really depressive adventure, but it ended up being the BEST FRICKING GAME EVER IMAGINATED
Plot twist: Chapter 2 Ending is *just Kris stabbing the gas pipe*
Yeah we all gotta wait for 15 years (guessing) for all 7 chapters
I mean chapter 2 came 3 years after the release of chapter 1 so theres 5 chapters left
Note: this isnt confirmed and does not have a safe proof of it
it really was just that one animationwith the punchline of kris going to eat all the pie
Now everyone thinks Chapter 3 will be like what they thought Chapter 2 was going to be
Dont forget the part where lancer gets his little meal when you push him into the dining room
Expectations: Genocide
Reality: *Potassium*
I was already waiting for "How it really was" and then Queen saying "Kris Get The Banana"
.
.
.
.
"Potassium"
.
and still laughed so hard
Berdly's fukkin DED
What we though: sans fight
What we got: KRIS GET THE BANANA
Chapter 2 was that so amazing that taken out of finest peak
Well he ain’t lying that’s for sure
I think what we got was better than the predictions
this is the best timeline
And for extra creep points on The Snowgrave Scene, Kris is down. Noelle is getting her orders directly from the player.
Wow we saw chara!!
Potassium
Castle trio was great
spamtom looks so silly at 2x speed
Its funny how Susie in the first chaoter was ignored and disliked while in Ch2, Susie is now the most liked and like all characters now have a crush on her.
Lmao the cringe Chara and Kris theories they maked XD
The reason chapter 2 is more memeish is probably because we thought it was going to be really story driven
Concept chapter 2: dark, dark, and more dark
Real Chapter 2: fun fun dance dance and frozen bird you know f u n
Toby Fox:
BITCH YOU THOUGHT
NAW MAIN DAWG
THERE'S STILL 5 MORE CHAPTERS LEFT
(1:50 very fast Susie spinning at incredibly high speeds)
I think the story might get dark in chapter 6, 7 and maybe 5
Every one though the story will go through after chapter 1:Kris/Chara kill everyone
What it begin:Kris kill a pie and go to dig a fountain in library
3 years of making everyone
3 years
Toby is certainly a lot more creative than the fandom when it comes to storylines...
im glad chapter 2 was like this instead
oh my God- its so relatable
We got played hard.
i was waiting for the wise word
potassium to show up but it didnt show up
What we thought: Edgy Undertale fan games
What happened: Joking around & making [Frozen Chicken] with your [Side Chick]
Bro I’m just noticing that the mr beast song was made from a song in deltarune my life has changed
