The companies that make these swings need to step up and offer replacement seat canvases for their swings. Every time I see one at the curb it looks like a good swing frame with a ripped seat canvas. I found this on a website after much searching. You have to give accurate measurements of your swing seat frame to get the right fit. I'm thinking it might be more cost effective to just go buy a new bench swing with chains to hang from the frame or just buy the whole thing and get rid of this one altogether.
