Im fashion designer andi.Aa pink color dress which you said 4500 adi you can change upper part of the gown to half pattu silver color with elbow length sleeve and make that thick dupatta into a sleeveless coat. Appudu adi gown la untundi and It really look good on you.

If you don't mind I will suggest you use controst colour Cape on that and avoide chunni, which one you don't like. or upper part of the frock where it has stitched line will remove and replace the simple body hugging fabric.it gives good look and balance the lower part.
Don't waste the removable cloth make a disinger boluse with it
